Rex is very helpful and I appreciated his time and what he did for me

Rex withdrew from my case right before trial under the understanding that he was retiring. I found out that he has continued to practice law. He also had difficulty remembering many of the details of my court case and I had to keep reminding him. It seemed like he didn't care how the case went one way or the other. Extremely absent minded.
