Family member goes through them. Experience has been a complete nightmare with no real updates

I was involved in a car accident in August 2024, but I haven’t received my settlement money yet. I received a letter from the other insurance company stating that they had sent out the settlement to the other party in May 2025. However, I haven’t received any updates since then. When I call them, I’m told different things. First, they say my case is in the final stages, but then they tell me we’re waiting on the doctor and other expenses it’s like not even they know what’s going on with your case . I received a message saying my case is closed, bJuly 2025. Despite all this haven’t received any messages from them in months. This is very unprofessional.

Don’t give them your whole info or they tap into all your stuff email court records ect. and hide you from all courts even your comments on your own reviews they are very sneaky look else where search for an honest lawyer no recommendation from me ! Keep your own records and remember record your conversation like I did!!

It's been 2 years since I went with them and the girl that answers the phone is very rude. I updated my phone months ago and she never updated it. I called to let her know about my new diagnoses and she said she never received it that was 6 months ago. Whenever I call all she says is oh we're still waiting. Not helpful at all.

Stay away they have to many clients at this point. they are just cherry picking there cases. Stay away look for some smaller that will give you there attention. I first I taught it was just the receptionist in Arlington that were rude and lazy but the El paso office has the same type of character. It's all family . From the lawyes to the receptionist. Stay away your better of just fileing it yourself

I kept calling like 6 to 10 times for one day but no one answer my call or return my call. And I called next day but the person spoked she gave me a different number and is not in service
