Reading the description on a 2015 Lexus RX 350 that it has great service history at the Lexus Dealership. Make sure you look into the details. This car has around 80000 miles. Dealer records go to 20000. So, yes, great service history at the Lexus Dealership.......for the 1st 20000 miles. No other records afterwards.

Bought a van from here in cash. He promised it was good mechanically or else he wouldn’t sell it. Lasted about one month before the transmission was dying. Ok, happens. Next month the engine blew. Absolute trash. Don’t come near this place

Carfax reported no accidents. But I later found the van had major damage reported. Make sure you do your homework. AC stopped blowing 2 hours down the road. The next day the transmission would not go into 6th gear.

Bought a vehicle I called him later the same day to tell him that there was an issue because it was vibrating going down the highway period he said to bring it back he would take it to a transmission shop to have it looked at. He did not, then he told me he would take it to the Cadillac. Dealership, to have them, look at it. He didn't take it there either. Having a gps in your car is a good idea. He signed me up for a 6 month warranty which I do appreciate, because I needed it. The high pressure fuel pump was bad. $650 out of my pocket, then a valve spring broke, $300 more out of pocket, and most recently. A new transmission, with the warranty it was still over $2,000 out of pocket. All within 5,000 miles. Be careful people. The vehicle only had 117,000 miles

Just purchased a Dodge Caravan never saw it before it was delivered to me by my wife, because I am disabled. However, Rocky helped us in a very excellent way. The car was exactly as described and it’s running fine. Thank you, Rocky.

Slow terrible service, even though the sales counter is 30' from the fulfillment center there is little to no communication between the two and you're left helpless waiting for material, wandering the facility looking for your supplies.

Sold car after transfer was made. Now I have to have them transfer money back. Lawyers will be involved soon. He gave me his word (Roy Claggett) that he would not sell it. Unbelievable
