During a recent consultation at the law firm regarding an incident that took place in a town three hours away from my location, I encountered a mix of experiences with the staff present. The front desk personnel and paralegals showcased professionalism, courtesy, and efficiency, providing me with a seamless and pleasant experience from the outset. Regrettably, the interaction with the attorney assigned to my case fell short of expectations. Despite my attempts to convey my situation, I felt unheard and dismissed during our consultation. The attorney, who mentioned being located 45 minutes away from the town of the incident, continually highlighted the potential costs of his services without offering a clear quotation. His repeated emphasis on expenses being deemed "too high" for me, given the distance, left me feeling undervalued as a prospective client. The lack of attentiveness and transparency in discussing the fee structure and services offered by the attorney eclipsed the positive experience with the support staff.
