Wow, just read everything he did to Ms. Jones and her child. Saw the episode of her son's illnesses on WSFA. Cannot believe the greed and lengths this attorney will go to for a dollar. I am saddened people like him exist in this world.

Heard about what he did recently to Shannon Jones who is fighting serious medical issues and her disabled child. This man will end up hurt he keeps all this up.

Richard Dean had a judgment against me I wasn't aware had turned into a judgment till I went to sell my deceased Mothers home. The judgment was for $8,800 (ish) and his interest brought it to $32,000. He steadily lied to my realtor and myself. He told my realtor he could waive the interest. He told me he would leave me enough to move myself and my disabled child. He demanded answers to very personal information, not just from me but via my realtor. Repeatedly drove past my home telling the realtor he wanted to see who I had here. I have felt extremely unsafe and haven't been sleeping well. He left me with $1,000 which isn't enough to move. The lies this man tells are unreal. His reviews from both former employees and debtors tell a story about him. He is a scary man. So if you buy a car from 2nd Chance Auto and it breaks down in 2 weeks, know you'll end up dealing with Richard Dean who will leave you homeless. I have found a large group of people he has also treated this way....demeaning, dismissive, rude. To this day he refuses to email me paperwork of the bill. We are all filing complaints to the State Bar and some are signing warrants for his felony stalking. Beware of this man!

Amanda Lewis- Yarbrough can you please reach out to me. I know of a similar issue in which recordings and documents have been gathered in reference to illegal actions. We most definitely need to talk and find out if there are others before contacting the BAR.

I am extremely disturbed by my recent experience with Attorney Dean who placed a lien on my home without my knowledge or consent, allegedly on behalf of Zelda Dental. Neither I nor my ex-husband have *ever* been to this dental office, and we have no outstanding debts related to them. When I contacted the attorney's office to clarify this serious mistake, I was met with extreme rudeness and an unprofessional attitude. Rather than listening to the situation or attempting to resolve the error, the attorney was demeaning, dismissive, and condescending throughout the call. I was treated with complete disrespect as a homeowner trying to understand why my property was being wrongfully targeted. Placing a lien on someone’s property is a serious legal action and should not be taken lightly—especially without proper investigation or communication. This kind of negligence and behavior is completely unacceptable and unethical. I have begun the process of formally reporting him to the State Bar for misconduct and will also be notifying the local judiciary and relevant authorities about this situation. If you're considering hiring this attorney, I strongly urge you to reconsider. Based on my experience, I would be very concerned about both his ethics and professionalism.

He’s very rude to black people mostly and talk to you any kind of way. He adds all kinds of fees and ask do you have a job or where’s your kids father why they can’t help you. I’ve never been talk to in this type of way before especially being a woman of color it’s hurtful and very discriminating.

God isn't sleep and one thing for certain he doesn't play about me. I have seen his Vengeance take place upon people lives who have wronged me. I honor ,respect, and help everyone and will continueto do so. When I rushed to Mr. Dean Office on Friday after getting off work and could have gotten several traffic tickets was a pure waste of my time. The way he tried to talk to me just rude and the questions he was asking is not acceptable. I don't use foul language but I do go to God with all problems and situations and just watch him work. In God's Holy Word it says in Matthew 18:6 “But whoso shall offend one of these little ones which believe in me, it were better for him that a millstone were hanged about his neck, and that he were drowned in the depth of the sea.” Psalms 105:15 (KJV) Saying, Touch not mine anointed, and do my prophets no harm. No one is exempt from wrath of God. People should be humble, remove pride, and always remember God is in control and he always will be. Have A Blessed Day

It has to be a way to file a complaint and get this guy out of office, he garnished our wages for $3,500 from a $300 dentist bill that we have no record of and then turned around and garnished us with an additional $300 in fees. At this point I convinced that this is clearly how he makes his living by praying on the poor. What a waist of an attorney. He is is not hired to collect these debt he is obviously going to different places buying these debts then turning around and suing. The math is just not adding up.

Very rude and unprofessional

Understanding that they are a collection law firm and their job is to collect on debt owed. I think they do a wonderful job.They work hard and the office is willing to work with you, but you have to give them something to work with.

This place was attempting to call me using a phone number I haven’t had in 10 years, and they never sent a letter. Next thing you know, my wages were garnished over a dental bill I didn’t know I had. That is only the beginning, however. Nearly two years after the garnishment, I received a letter from this attorney’s office threatening garnishment over the interest they did not collect the first time. I called, once again told them I am blind, once again made sure they had the correct number, and offered to pay the 200 in interest from nearly two years ago that, again, I did not know I owed. This place is horrible at communication, does not honor communication preferences of disabled individuals, or at least did not in my case, and are greedy to make a buck. They could have resolved this case without resorting to a garnishment. Further, they could have reached out sooner, without threatening garnishment about the interest. Instead, they allowed it to accumulate for nearly two more years. Not sure how good their other services are, but my experience was far from ideal.

I walked in stress and confused, when I left out of there I was relieved. Everyone is courteous and will help you out all the way. The law firm make sure there clients are satisfied and understand what's going on.
