After 2½ years of fighting & 2 denials for my Social Security Disability, yesterday I had my judge call with my attorney, Richard Feingold, & the judge actually said she'd rule in my favor!!! Rarely does a judge give their ruling at the hearing, but this one did & it's all thanks to Mr. Feingold! I couldn't have done this without his help. He called me right after & let me cry my happy tears on the phone with him lol. He's such a nice guy, so helpful, listens, & gets the job done. We had frequent calls to stay updated on what was going on & he explained everything to me so I'd understand what was happening. I'm so thankful I went with Richard Feingold & Associates.

Richard was very kind and answered all my questions. He helped me understand everything I need to increase my chances of getting an approval. He has a very nice personality and a fun sense of humor too. Talking to him felt very professional but not bland as some people are. I was very satisfied with all the information and the conversation as a whole. If your looking for some one that can get the job done right and who doesn't sound like an overly serious bot trying to just go through every case he has as soon as possible, you found the right guy. Rich comes off as a genuinely caring individual who's doing great work to help people in tough situations.

Mr. Feingold represented me on my SSI/SSA after fighting from 2022 in 2024, I spoke with him for the first time (summer time) great lawyer and person. He started working right away, we spoke 2x to 3x a month or as needed. I had a lawyer before Mr Feingold and he never contacted me for anything. We lost. Mr Feingold was very helpful in keeping track of everything I needed to have done. I was diagnosed with MS and narcolepsy and it’s been overwhelming doctor appointments and surgeries and pain and constant confusion due to my brain changes. He made it so I could focus on my health and he focused on my disability process and had me approved and everything good in less than a year. I found him to be helpful to me and my doctors to get all of the info to the government while I took care of the treatments and medications and more. I’d advise anyone needing help to reach out. I would again - he made me feel like he really cared about me during the scariest time of my life.
