Hi my name is Jamar G Williams founder and CEO of Quadracial recovery & support homeless prevention A 501c3 company I contacted him and signed paperwork to retain him to file act 135 conservatorship for 3801 to 3805 Lancaster Philadelphia PA 19104 when I reached out to him he never called me back then I looked on civil docket then noticed Scioli Turco filed conservatorship on my property so I called the CEO Joel Palmer he cussed me out and told me I broke into the house that I spoke to the attorney about filing a petition for conservatorship they are playing the regentrification game wrongful use of legal practice I need pro bono lawyer

Failed to complete the work he was hired and paid for. When I worked with a new attorney to fix the issue, they reached out for some details multiple times and never heard back. Unprofessional.

This law firm is maybe small , but I had the best experience with any lawyer I felt with so far . They try to truly help with almost any situation, specially real Eastate issues . Hi, to all reviewers Im going to give a honest review as a client of Mr. Vanderslice for the past couple of months. Long story short I hired him on a retainer to proceed with Liens on 2 houses in PA to protect my assets (real estate,divorce) well 1 house sold despite having a lien. I had to do research giving him the details of that sale I had to constantly call and call to his office for answers. When I asked him to refund me half of the contract we agreed upon to, since 1 of the house sold. He called and also wrote me an email giving me few options for me to pick of what he was going to do next (Sound very convincing too) that he was going to take it further & to court for the fraud of sale of the house that sold, to make me solely owner of the other house. Well since I believe in 2nd opportunity's I thought lets go for it again, no communication AGAIN after like 3 weeks. he said the office was closed due to “covid” & to give him couple of days .Well this is the time & day Im still waiting for him, 5 months later & 3k down the drain.
