I would recommend using Richard Trial Attorneys any time you get a traffic ticket especially with how fast the office responds and gets the results back to you. Don’t wait make sure the minute you get your ticket you call this office so you can be taken care of! I’m relieved and so happy. Thank you so much again and I definitely hope I don’t have any more tickets ever, but just in case I know who I’m contacting with no hesitation. I would leave more stars but 5 is the most!

Highly Recommend Richard Trial Attorneys, PLLC! Working with Richard Trial Attorneys was such an easy and smooth process! I simply filled out their online form, received an invoice, and my tickets were set up right away. I wasn’t able to make it in person since I live five hours away, but they handled everything for me...and my tickets were dismissed! I’m currently dealing with another set of tickets in a different city and working with a different attorney there. Let me just say, the process has NOT been nearly as smooth. It’s made me appreciate even more the level of professionalism and efficiency I experienced with Richard Trial Attorneys. I highly recommend their services!

The reason I giving this one star. Richard is a nice guy I only talk to him over the phone. I highly won't use him again. Of course lose my case on the speeding tickets. The weird part is that Richard said it pretty much the officer words over his words. They didn't even have proof of me speeding which I know I didn't speed. If I was speeding I would have not hire an attorney. I kinda of feel like he really didn't try and the reason is because he returned my massage a month later. Thank you Richard for not trying. Now I got pay $440 of speeding tickets.

We will certainly do a better job going forward to emphasize what we can and cannot do for $60 to set better expectations and avoid disappointing our wonderful clients. When a potential client has a speeding 104mph ticket and a license plate ticket, our staff is trained to advise that the speeding will likely result in a conviction before we accept the $60 payment. If that potential client would like us to try to help anyway, we will reset the court date a month or so out and request discovery to see if there is a video and if the officer is still available and remembers you. Unfortunately for your case, there was officer video I watched with the prosecutor and the officer was still present and we did not have any proof from you on our end to justify recommending that you spend additional money to have us take your case to trial. We do not try cases to jury for $60. The $60 covers attending your court date on your behalf, requesting discovery, if necessary, and negotiating with the prosecutor for the best result. Your price was the total for two tickets including the license plate and not just the single 104mph speeding ticket.

Honestly, I was skeptical about hiring an Attorney for help because I wasn’t sure if it’ll be worth it. But I can say now it’s more than worth it. Richard Trial Attorneys has been a major blessing helping me get tickets dismissed and out the way. I wouldn’t have been able to do it without him. I’m very grateful for his service, money well spent.
