Ms. Richardson resolved my traffic ticket and I did not even have to show up to court. My fines were reduced to 0 and I only had to pay court fees. The process was easy and they answered all my questions. I could not have asked for a better outcome!

We are sorry that you were dissatisfied. <br><br>I purposely did not review your file before responding to this review so that I would not risk inadvertently divulging confidential attorney client information about your case. I am only responding generally based on the content of your review, and my knowledge of how we generally handle traffic cases in the local counties near me. <br> <br>If you had trouble communicating with us, then apparently, you either had trouble with our secure client portal, or just did not like using it to retrieve the messages that we posted there to update you on your case after every court date. Our secure client portal is used to securely communicate with our clients about their cases. We also have a mobile app for both Android and IPhone that we use to securely communicate back and forth with our clients. If a client chooses not to use the portal, they only have to let us know and we would send the updates through US Mail instead <br><br>It is not always possible to resolve a case with no points if the speed is extremely high, or the driving record is not the best, or if there are other facts that make the client's case look bad. In those cases, we concentrate in negotiating a reduction in the charge in order to avoid revocation of the client's drivers license and reducing the points as low as possible from the amount of points you would have had if you had been convicted as charged. It also normal in those types of cases for the client to be required to do things such as driving classes and/or community service in order to show mitigation to the court and to earn a reduction from the DA. It appears from your statement that you received 2 points after having to do a class, and the fact that you did not mention any license revocation, that this is essentially what happened in your case. Therefore, for that, you're welcome, even though you are unhappy that we could not get it reduced even lower than we did. At any rate, thank you for the review.
