I've been dealing with an extremely frustrating insurance company that has obstructed at every turn and even lied to us. The team at the Glantz firm listened to us carefully, asked the right questions, clarified what our rights as injured are, was an incredible advocate on our behalf, and helped work through all the issues. I honestly see a lot of bad reviews about Mr Rick Glantz, but I hope that shouldn't bother you Mr Rick. My honest opinion and experience was I didn't know anything. Rick guided me and was honest and would always meet face to face. He showed me all my options that I've had and my case went really well. I would definitely recommend Rick to anyone that has any problems because he is very experienced. If I have another problem I will definitely go to him or even call him again!

10/17/2019 Initially from what I was told I felt I had a strong personally injury case. I was rear ended by a box truck at highway speeds, totaling my truck, and leaving me with bodily damage I still feel over a year later. Felt taken care of and taken seriously. Literal months went by with little or no contact. Every time I called I felt like I was back burner material. Finally got a call more or less telling me my case wasn't strong and i should take the settlement offer given to me before i called them. Now I've been hit with an almost $350 Bill for "services rendered". Literally the collection of medical records and bills I already had, and offered up when we initially spoke, from my insurance company and clerical work. Funny I was able to collect all the same info without costing a dime. Made its seem like they were doing me a solid by not continuing with my case because they felt it wasn't strong enough. All I wanted was to be taken care of, get the time back I lost, recoup money lost when my old truck was totaled and had to shell out to buy another. Pretty much: Hi we'd love to help you, sorry we cant do anything for you, now pay me for the nothing we did for you". Leaves a sour taste in your mouth about the entire legal industry.This is why people don't trust lawyers.. STEER CLEAR!

Very unprofessional Law Office. Contacted this lawyer 2-3 times about an injury (Laudine Buckley) and got no response after being told we would hear something by end of day (8/16/18) as of today we have heard zip from this office. We were referred by a friend. I would steer clear of this Lawyer. If he handles cases like they return calls....Nuff said!

Mr. Glantz is awesome. He talks to you like a regular human and is very kind. His office is full of amazing people who are so helpful and friendly. I recommend anyone needing an attorney to go to Mr. Glantz! You will not be sorry.

Great office personnel. Friendly and knowledgeable. If the attorney is not available or in the office they WILL call you and give you any information you need. Mr. Glantz looks to help the people rather than just make money off of them. I highly recommend him.
