The process of settling an estate is always seemingly complex and bespoke to the situation. I used Mr. Smith in the capacity of handling my mother's estate. Very knowledgeable about the whole process. He knew exactly when & what forms/documents needed to be filed with the court & other entities involved. He gave suggestions, too, as to what the best course of action should be for various situations. He explained legal topics in layman's terms. He did a great job of explaining the process to get guardianship of our grandson. He also was very timely with providing the paperwork needed and explaining what we needed to do to complete. Everything went smoothly and everything was able to get processed quickly.
