Constantly call office and can't get anyone on the phone to get updates. I call my case manager and leave voicemail and get no callback. Call again and line is busy. They took the case back in November 2023 and I've had little to no communication with this firm. Common courtesy should be one of their values to keep their clients informed and updated. I'm truly disappointed and frustrated with their communication ethics.
