Riddle & Riddle, specifically Darren Dawson is a great personal injury lawyer who shows care for his clients by going the extra mile. He helped me through a personal injury claim from a pile-up car accident, but has gone the extra mile in explaining things to me, taking the time to share his expert opinion and numbers he thinks are fair to move forward with, and thus giving comfort during what's normally an extremely stressful process. He and his team have done so much more for me above and beyond the norm and all with a smile. Thank you, Darren, Kalena and the entire team, as you've helped me more than I could put into words here and were all such a pleasure to work with.

This was my first time dealing with both a car accident and a law firm. I chose Riddle and Riddle for the many great reviews. The day of my accident I made the call and their representative was at my house later that day. I had a pretty clear cut case- the other driver admitted fault so I just had to document my injuries and all follow up care. I was given a packet with instructions for documentation, timelines and what to expect. It took 2 years for my case to be settled. Part of that was due to my ongoing aftercare and then I guess the usual back and forth between my lawyer and the other insurance company. In the end I received a fair settlement. My one issue was communication- I had 3 different case managers and never really received updates unless I initiated. I didn't speak with my actual lawyer until a settlement was reached. Again this is my first time in this situation so this might be what to expect. In the end I did get a fair settlement.

If you want the best support Riddle and Brantley is NOT your choice. No communication at all. I made the worst decision ever choosing them. I hope people are able to read this please believe it.. I lied the first time to make them look good because they asked me to. That’s the only time they reached out to me was for a review 🤦🏾‍♂️.

Riddle and Brantley have been real good to me and my son. When we were in an accident they always checked on us asked us. Did we need any help? Kind of guided me because I didn't know the steps I needed to do because I never been in an accident where I needed a lawyer but I really do appreciate their kindness.
