First of all there is not a word to describe the representation that you blessed me with Mr. Angus Dunlavey. I can't thank you enough for your outstanding professionalism and your knowledge with criminal justice. Young and very intelligent. Throughout the whole process Mr. Angus kept me informed and certainly showed how he knew the privy of the program. His intelligence was immaculate and his expertise was spot on. Not Guilty, all unanimous after 8 months of stress, justice was served. It was absolutely terrifying because I was facing a felony the hardest part of my life. I also appreciate his advice the last time I spoke to him before we left the courthouse. Angus Dunlivy you told me that I should forget you, it's understandable but unfortunately I've had experience terrible unforgettable circumstances in my life that had to bring you as my representation. You and you alone definitely deserve the title "successful representation".. you moved in that court room like you owned the place I was very impressed by your leadership. Gabe Walsh did an amazing job working with me and representing me through my trial. Gabriel Walsh was an excellent PD for a recent case of mine. Was forthcoming & happy to explain any of my questions. Before seeing him I had a consultation with another firm & they were immediately talking about pleas even though I was adamant of my innocence. Gabe on the other hand was talking about the TRIAL & our options. I'm aware 90%+ of cases end in a plea but it was good to see him actually taking my side & listening. In the end the case was dismissed (thank God) but I felt confident in his representation.

If possible, I’d consider other law firms as this one Is dishonest I say this because While in custody at the Washington County Jail for a charge of Driving While Suspended, I was appointed Gabe Walsh as my public defender. At my initial court appearance, Mr. Walsh informed me that one of the charges would be dropped and that the proposed plea deal would include credit for time served and some community service. I agreed to this offer and signed the plea deal during my first court appearance. However, during that court session, the district attorney objected to the deal. I was then told the plea agreement was no longer valid, and my court date was rescheduled. At the following hearing, Mr. Walsh presented me with a new plea offer: two charges of Driving While Suspended with 21 days credit for time served. He assured me that with good time credit, I would be released that same day. Although I was hesitant to accept this revised plea due to the additional charge and less favorable terms, Mr. Walsh was adamant that I would be released if I signed the agreement. Based on that assurance, I reluctantly agreed and signed the new plea deal. During our conversation, Mr. Walsh made several personal remarks, including comments about his cat and my dog, and made an uncomfortable statement about being a “no strings attached kind of guy,” which I found unprofessional and inappropriate. Unfortunately, after signing the plea, I was not released as promised. Instead, I received a letter stating I was required to serve 21 more days from the date of signing. This directly contradicted what I had been told by Mr. Walsh. I attempted to contact him multiple times but received no response. After repeated calls to his office, I requested to speak with the supervising attorney, Mr. Ridehalgh. I was eventually visited by a legal assistant who stated they were aware of the issue and were working to correct it. Despite this assurance, days passed with no resolution. A week later, I called again and was told by the front desk staff that the delay was due to a mistake in the jail’s paperwork. Still, no one provided me with a clear answer or solution. Eventually, a staff member told me there was nothing more they could do and that I would have to serve the remainder of my sentence. Had I been informed that I would be held for an additional 21 days, I would not have accepted the plea. I believe Mr. Walsh misled me, knowing I would not have agreed to the terms if I had known the truth. I am sharing this account so others are aware of my experience with this office and can approach their dealings with caution.

If you couldn’t tell from the recent posts.. I was met with the same fate. As I was involved in a DUI and showed up a little late due to me not knowing the area/not being the best driver. As I show up Ron is belittling and poking fun at me for not showing up on time. I did say I was SORRY. I apologized but he KEPT trying to make a joke and poke fun at me. He didn’t take me serious nor did he want to see me succeed The business is very unprofessional and Ron needs a reality check!

I tried to work with Ron, do not go with him, he made feel embarrassed and did not help me with my case at all. I’m not sure if he has a things against minorities but he won’t care as much for you and make fun of you for having a tough life, I’ve never felt so embarrassed to reach out for help from a guy like Ron. Never again.

I can’t stress enough DO NOT WORK WITH THIS COMPANY!! They may come off as “sweet” but they are judgy, they bully, and they honestly try and embarrass you. (Mind you I didn’t go to court with them as they never represented me) but as for my consultation RON RIDEHALGH was making jokes towards me about my situation, not fully believing what I was saying, and on top of that felt it was appropriate as to accuse me of stealing his pen!? This attorney/lawyer whatever you want to call it is a joke!

I wanted to just share that Toni Gonzalez is a superstar, when I first met her before court, she had immediately eased my nerves. She is calm, cool, confident and collected! If you want someone who will fight for you, go with Toni! So pleased with house my case went! Thank you!

Tyler Beech is a savage!

I had a 45 minute telephone conversation with Joe. After all, he did obtain acquittals in The Cookie Store Matter, and rightfully so. Joe is very connected with the legal community and is a highly respected attorney. I'm not sure, but he may have had some of the judges in class. Anyways, I found him to be the most forthcoming of any lawyer I've spoken with in Oregon. He really helped me to gain peace of mind and focus in on my potential future legal career. Although I don't agree with everything he told me, if you land him on retainer, you're probably going to win. 4 stars for that. Great Guy. Great Firm. Call them up.

OH WOW. YAY!! Well congratulations Tyler Beach.... On this crazy jury trial win. Where do I even start? Well first off I want to thank Tyler and his respected team thank you so much for proving the system they were wrong it was and has been such a bittersweet moment but as far as for what Tyler did for me goes beyond what you were asked of I want to thank you from the bottom of my heart. My Babies have their Daddy home. When I first brought this case to Tyler's attention we weren't sure if there would be a case opened and we had, had the evidence of innocence for myself as I was the client with the most known criminal history from the past at the time. so long story short a secret indictment came in and then Tyler instantly went to work on providing the evidence of my innocence which was the video. From there Tyler pushed through the motions tried to move for them to be dropped mind you this was an attempt murder 2nd and assault 1 unlawful use of weapon. 2 measure 11 and the 3rd believe class c felony. Mandatory minimum looking at well over 25 years I commend Tyler for pushing through the investigation mind you I was his client before the fire and we went through to trial almost 2 1/2 years later and Tyler did his due diligence in the court room mind you this was a three co defendent case that we were fighting for each other not against each other. This was a self defense case as he was the aggressor Tyler proved me his client was innocent countless times on openings during questioning and while I was on the stand all the way through close and all the through the court hallways knowing I was innocent and at verdict Tyler was respectful of my family mind you one co defendant is my brother and was robbed on a guilty verdict due to corruption of the courts. And we received an acquittal. Thank you Tyler for not show boating in front of them you showed me how much heart you had for us thank you again and can't thank you enough. GOD BLESS YOU AND YOUR FAMILY AS WELL THEY HAVE A GOOD MAN IN THEIR LIFE. I would give you a gazillion stars and more if I could.

Tyler Beach Did an Excellent Job at trial. Went up and beyond for his client. In the end the verdict was NOT GUILTY on all counts.
