Hello, I had a difficult case due to complications with the non-custodial parent. The case originally started in Burley, which was the wrong venue—and for the record, that decision was not made by me. It was later transferred to Idaho Falls. I would love to tell you about my experiences with Mr Bartholick. He is a good man and a man of his word. I will share my experience of how I met him. One day in the middle of January about 5:30 a.m. which was very dark I was on my way to work and i had to get there by 6 am. Reducing my speed on the 20 since upon seeing police cars parked in lanes of traffic and there was no clear directions of where and what I was supposed to do or go. At this time I was the I proceeded to the off-ramp but the street lights weren’t on. There were no flares or cones suggesting where I was to go, It was completely dark and I was worried about getting lost since I had moved here for a little while and I was would get lost or not. I chose to go back to freeway since I was not familiar with the area since I only took freeway to work and I would proceed with caution. As I proceeded I saw a truck turned over and another police car with flashing lights on. The officer said that he had to get out of the car because that was the only way I would stop instead I was glad for him to get out of the car and instruct me what I should do. The police officer seemed to think I was not aware what was going on and without any explanation ticketed me for not stopping and said I had a court date with the judge . Mr Bartholick was willing to defend me from a conspiracy between the officers who thought I deserved this penalty. Mr Bartholick heard my story and evidence I saw from body cams and dash cams was choppy on the video and seemed to have certain statements from me and what the officer said was missing. He delivered what he promised to dismiss the charges against me. I have had an excellent driving record. He appeared on the court days and which were multiple days in my place. Today he appeared for me and he made my case be dismissed. I am so thankful for his dedication to my case and is very sincere and trustworthy lawyer.
