Erik took my phone call and immediately got back to me on two different occasions. There are Law Firms I reached out to prior and still haven't heard back and I'm sure just like me, anyone dealing with an issue/situation where legal representation is required, you want to feel in trusted hands. Erik was a top professional who is very kind, modest, intellectual, and overall genuinely cared about assistance with my issue. In my case, their office doesn't necessarily practice the type of law that I need for my situation and immediately referred me to an Attorney that has better expertise and experience. I'm pretty sure it's common that referring Law Firms get a "finders fee percentage" and ethically and logically, I know if it were my firm, I'd only want to referr people I couldn't represent myself to the best Attorneys which gives the best potential of winning thus receiving that finder's fee, which is best for the client and deservedly helps with payment without having to put immense amount of work that goes into any case. I have reached out to multiple Attorneys and Law Firms so even if I don't choose the one that was referred to me here, I still wanted to leave a review based on how Erik took care of me during our phone calls, he really went above and beyond!

I retained Rights Protection Law Group regarding a vehicle transaction dispute. During the representation, Attorney Kevin advised that if I felt uncomfortable with the repairs made to the vehicle, I did not need to take the vehicle back, which led to the return of the car and the unwinding of the deal. After following that advice, the dealership failed to return the title to my paid-off trade-in vehicle. Despite this unresolved issue, the firm later took the position that the matter was “settled” and declined to continue representation unless additional fees were paid upfront, ultimately terminating representation. I was disappointed by the inconsistency between the guidance I relied on and the firm’s later withdrawal once the remaining issue became more difficult to resolve. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this firm.

Excellent service! I was in need of a law service and after reading a few reviews I contacted Kevin who agreed to take my case. He got started on my case right away. Communications went well and settlement reached in about six months. Pleased customer! Recommend and will use his service again if needed!

Patient and knowledgeable

I first spoke with Kevin Crick, and he made it seem like he was genuinely excited to take on my case and fight for me. He sent the contract almost immediately, asked for my documents, and at first made me feel like things were finally moving in the right direction. After that, everything fell apart. For a full year, I was repeatedly asked for the same documents over and over, even though I had already uploaded everything early in the case. Multiple people from the firm would reach out asking for information they already had, and at times Kevin himself had told me he didn’t need certain documents anymore — only for someone else to request them again later. The communication within this office is honestly awful. After stringing me along for a year, they finally emailed me saying they would not be filing the suit. A year of my time completely wasted. I felt ignored, misled, and let down after trusting them with something important. I do not recommend this firm unless you want your time wasted and nothing to show for it. Total disappointment.

Rights Protection Law Group help us navigate our transmission repair with the dealership. Kevin always picked up the phone or returned promptly our phone call. We followed his advice and transmission was repaired. He also told us to take the truck to a transmission place and have them test it and write up there findings, which we did. I spoke with Attorney Crick the other day regarding a car that died on me about 40 days after I bought it, and has been sitting in the dealer’s husbands shop since then. Attorney Crick called me the same day I reached out, after business hours, and I could immediately tell that he had the experience, passion, and commitment it takes to make a great lawyer. Signed on with him immediately! Highly recommended!

Spoke with Kevin Crick on the intial call, he treated the case as if he was excited to go after the company and do what was in my best interest, sent a contract almost immediately. He requested all the documentation I had and strung me along for 6 months, then sent an email saying they were not going to file suit. Waste of time. Do not recommend. This firm would have mutiple people call or email me asking for the same thing, after 2 weeks of speaking with the attorney and he himself stating he did not need the document. Poor communication in the office and a true let down. Do not recommend unless you are looking to have your time wasted and be let down.

I am very grateful for the attention to detail and quality of service and positive resolution I had with the case involving my car. and the lemon law. Kevin and Joe were on top of it, and always quickly replied to any questions I had during the process.  I would use them again without hesitation.

Kevin was very knowledge and was able to tell me all the information that was written and available to the general public about repossession, which was great. I needed more. I feel that he is great for the bulk of the population that does not read but for a person that does he summarized what I already knew. The initial intake is such a relief to feel like someone understood you but then the process started to feel a little scammy with the intake process, him calling right away and then pressing for a review before he actually did anything! I’m not sure how this man gets paid being I have yet to see him actually practicing law in a court room or litigate for anyone in these cases, all the reviews are like he ask, before he does anything. He “decides” not to take the case but that’s after the review should be done. I just don’t see anyone say he got anyone their money back or fought for them. Just a great receptionist with a ton of information about repossession. He can’t really do ish!!
