Delores, their administrative assistant, is ableist. I contacted them to see if they could help me, and while on the phone gathering info, I disclosed I am disabled and needed more time to get the info they wanted. She told me I could email it to her and sent me an intake form thing. Then, she sent me a response saying they will not take me on because I hadn't replied yet. She tried to cite statute of limitations for her reason for doing so. No. There is no statute that is forcing you to deny extra time for disabled people to fill out your intake forms. That is an excuse and a poor one. The case I would have been asking about is directly related to me becoming disabled. But their office couldnt even be bothered to listen to me say I needed more time AND when told this, Delores blamed me instead of admitting the office uses ableist policies and she didnt care to remember who I was or what I already told her. Do not hire ableist lawyers. They will not help you. They will work against you like this.

My mother has a clear case of medical neglect and delay of care and my case was denied because Charles Usry didn't want to out the money or time into the case. The nursing home was found negligent by DHEC and will be going to the federal level. Furthermore his medical expert is a nurse. You can become an RN with a two year degree. He's not even using a physician as a medical expert. Now I have to rush and try and find an attorney that will take the case. Absolute laziness and unwillingness to actually work for a case!!!
