Dave Seiter has been incredible throughout my entire court case. He’s always been there to answer any question I have had. You can genuinely tell he cares about his clients. I can not possibly thank the Lord enough for Russell Cate. After my self defense incident I was left in tears in an interrogation room for hours a few days before Christmas. Thanks to the USCCA I was able to get into contact with Russell at nearly 10 o'clock at night and he showed up no more than 25 minutes after I used my phone call. When he arrived he was a shinning light as bright as the sun. We quickly went over the situation and in about an hour I was uncuffed and out of police custody. He even drove me home since I didn't have a ride. He continued to represent me flawlessly. I received quick and detailed responses as well as consistent and frequent updates on my case. With his help my case was closed and I wasn't forced to defend my actions in court. Thanks to Russell my life was able to return to normal and for that I'm eternally grateful. I cannot recommend the fine services of Mr Russell B. Cate enough. I hope I'm never faced with a similar situation again but if I am I know I can count on him.

My experience with David Seiter was an awesome experience. My son was represented well and by him not only being an attorney he has experience as a judge. WORST LAW FIRM, DON’T GET KEITH HANCOCK TO REPRESENT YOU OR ANYBODY FROM RILEYCATE, TOOK $2,500 from me to represent me for my child custody case , then sending me a letter saying he will no longer represent me and to find another lawyer. Extremely unprofessional, didn’t receive 1 phone call from him in past couple months. Now I’m out of 2500 , and need to find another lawyer for my case. Completely took advantage of a young black father who is already financially struggling, and trying to squeeze more money out of me .
