Waste of time and money. Almost screwed me over with court. Gave them a payment and the following week they were selling the building and all communication stopped.

Ripley Law helped me with a personal injury case where I was viciously attacked by my neighbors dog. They were working on an additional case for us since December 2021. I last got an update they were taking the case to court around September of 2022. Now...nothing. I recently tried to reach out to the assistant Jammie multiple times but had no response. Then we drove by their law office about 4 weeks ago I'm Richmond, MI only to see a "for lease" sign covering their name sign. Facebook gave no updates except other people having the same issue, in the middle of a case and now they can't even be found. Court records show no case has ever been filed by them on my behalf and now I have no way to reach them. My first case with them was great, in 6 months everything was settled. Both Tom and Jammie were helpful and knowledgeable about my case and the law. I am not sure what happened exactly, we liked them. I wish I knew what happened or how I can reach them.

I would (not) at this time recommend Mr. Thomas Ripley Law for your Workman's comp.Case. I would call 1-800 Sam Bernstein instead...

Tom ripleys office had supposedly been working on my car accident case for 9-10 months. I was told they made a demand to insurance a few months in. Fast forward 5 months and I was asked to provide my ssn. Once I provided it, I was told I should have an offer by the end of the week, which was back in May. I ended up having my case sent to another attorney and was told there was nothing even done when my case was with ripley. Now, I question why they needed my ssn. They also took an entire month to send my case to the new attorney and only sent it when I called the new lawyer and, in turn, they called ripleys office for it. The file was never sent. I would advise to go elsewhere. Beyond unprofessional. I will also be reporting this to the michigan bar association so this won't happen to anyone else.

Thomas Ripley was hired for representation in a lawsuit following a personal injury accident on July 17, 2017. Lawsuit was successful however CMS Medicare Service was paid twice for the same medical care it provide. Double payment issue has been on going since April 15, 2019. Ripley has not responded to sorting out this issue as of August 29, 2020. At this time I would not be able to recommend Thomas Ripley for legal console.
