St. Petersburg, FL
There are loud cars driving with music outside the window, the view from the window is on the reception desk, the hostess is irritable and plays computer games, the rooms are dilapidated with broken paintings, I do not recommend visiting this hotel.
Ideal location for backpackers. Downtown, 20 minutes' walk from Moskovsky Station. Nevsky Prospekt and Fontanka are within walking distance. Two metro stations are a three-minute walk away. Restaurants, bars, cafes, and other amenities are nearby. Spacious room. We shared a triple room. The extra bed was a full-size, comfortable bed. Clean, fresh linens and towels. We booked our stay with breakfast included and were thrilled. The food was varied and delicious. Overall, the hotel was very cozy, clean, and comfortable. Thank you very much. We were very satisfied.
Excellent hotel. Breakfasts are wonderful.
My husband and I stayed at this hotel from July 18th to 22nd, and we loved everything. The hotel is small, quiet, and peaceful. The room is cozy and clean. The reception staff was very helpful, and it was especially pleasant to talk to the young man. I'd also like to add that the breakfasts were delicious, the portions were generous, and they included dessert. If I ever return to St. Petersburg, I'll definitely stay here. It's very convenient for getting around the city, with bus, trolleybus, and metro stops nearby. Thank you for a wonderful stay, and may you have more guests!
An excellent hotel in the city center, close to the metro. Special thanks to Vladislav, he was very informative and explained everything. The staff is excellent. I wanted to thank them, but I was late for the train and didn't make it because it wasn't his shift. This staff is a blessing to all hotels.
I've stayed at this hotel several times, but my current stay was ruined by the fact that the music in the room next door was playing incredibly loudly for the second day in a row, and other guests were disrespectful of other guests. When I asked reception to turn the music down, they refused, saying that the rules stipulate loud behavior until 10 p.m. As far as I understand, any hotel should have some kind of code of conduct, and these rules should be observed by all guests, and the hotel staff should enforce these rules if they are contacted. I'm extremely disappointed and don't plan to stay here again.
We booked room 302. We loved everything: it was clean, cozy, and stylish, and the staff was friendly. The bed was very large, with soft mattresses and crisp white sheets. There were six towels. The room had a safe, refrigerator, kettle, hairdryer, and TV. If we come back, we'll definitely choose this hotel. I highly recommend it!
Three stars for everything 💯
Excellent hotel, love from China. The location is superb for tourists, making it very convenient to get to any of the attractions. The accommodations are also very good.
A good value for money option. There are a few minor issues, but they're insignificant for this price range. I booked a superior loft accommodation option without breakfast. Windows facing Zagorodny Prospekt are noisy, even in autumn, so I changed rooms, even though I asked several times when booking for a room facing the courtyard. Windows facing the courtyard are quiet and nice. Overall, the rooms are new, the renovations are modern, and the furniture is comfortable and attractive. They're warm. There's a wide windowsill where you can sit and read, for example. Occasionally, you'll find hairs on the clean bed linen, but I think those are from the staff, because otherwise, it's very clean. I also lost an earring and had to move the bed, which also left some unpleasant surprises, but I survived. It would have been better if they'd cleaned under them. At 10am on Sunday, they decided to urgently clean the room next door, even though check-in isn't scheduled until 2pm. They were cleaning loudly, talking across the entire floor, moving things, knocking, and vacuuming. It would have been nice to remember that people in the neighboring rooms want to relax on the weekend. The guys at reception were young, friendly, and helpful. I'd even give them a 4.5, but that's not possible.
A three-star hotel conveniently located within walking distance of Dostoevskaya and Vladimirskaya metro stations, Rubinstein Street, and the Fontanka Embankment. The surrounding area boasts numerous cultural and historical attractions. The rooms, service, and amenities are worthy of a three-star hotel, no more and no less.
Cons: Value for money Windows facing Zagorodny Prospekt - very noisy No elevator The receptionist is constantly disgruntled Poor water pressure Loft room - standard, only more expensive With the included breakfast, they only serve filter coffee Pros: Kettle and iron available on the floor, water cooler on the floor Room was available, we checked in before 2:00 PM without waiting Breakfast was decent
Elena, thank you for sharing your feedback. For your next stay, please note when booking that you'd like a courtyard view, and we'll do our best to provide you with the quietest room. We apologize for any inconvenience and look forward to seeing you again. Best wishes, Management.
A cozy hotel in the center. Around the corner from Rubinstein Street, you can wander around as much as you want.
