I used her several years ago. She was definitely worth the Money. I was losing in court with the previous lawyer but she got me full custody and a peace of mind.

The worst! She got nothing accomplished. Often threw fits, and charged a fortune. Also told me lots of lies. Do not recommend!

She will lie, cheat, and steel, from you. She's unprofessional, and condescending, and put me down by the I talk. She charged me over $6k and didn't not do what paid her for! I had an uncontested divorce, she tried make more of it than it was. My ex husband's lawyer, ended up finishing, everything up. She she be disbarred!

Rita was my attorney for several years and she got me through a very hard, very frightening time of my life. I’ve just scrolled through her reviews to find my ex giving her a one star rating. He was NOT her client and LOST to her. This was a child support and custody case in which Rita fought for everything she knew my kids needed, and I wanted. She is firm with a huge heart. She gives it to you straight and does not back down to the opposing council. I’d put every ounce of trust I had in her if I ever had to be in the court room again. She is absolutely who you’d want on your side fighting for you! Her paralegal, Lera, was also amazing to work with. I can’t say enough about this dynamic duo!!

She will make sure you are charged for an appointment even though she is late or does it over the phone. And will talk about her personal life to fill the hour plus more. She barely did anything for me, had to drop her and didn’t want to pay a dime to her but I had no choice. DO NOT USE HER!

I am a client of Rita Ros-Planas and was appalled to read a very negative and offensive review by a man named Gerard Michaels. It was easy to track him down on Facebook and there it was evident that he had been a client at the Firm for Men, which was my ex husband's law firm. We were there for a long stressful day of settlement negotiations. The staff was polite but my husband's lawyer, Ryan Thum was as nasty and rude as he could be throughout the day. I don't remember anyone else in the law office that day. I was with my lawyer in a small conference room and we met twice with the other side in a bigger conference room. All in private. My attorney behaved professionally at all times and caring towards me. How in the world this Gerard Michaels can think he can speak for me is crazy. I would never have gotten through this nasty divorce without her at my side. Rita is an excellent attorney and does not deserve to be attacked in this way.

Ms. Ros-Planas is highly unprofessional with clients and opposing counsel alike. An absolute disgrace to the profession. To clarify, I was not a client of this attorney, but instead witnessed VERY unprofessional actions in another attorney's office where she was for a meeting.

Ms. Ros-Planas handled my personal injury case. She was very professional, answered all of my questions and got me great results. She was my advocate and looked out for me. I highly recommend Ms. Ros-Planas and will use her for all of my legal needs in the future.

Rita is very passionate about giving her clients the Best possible Help she can offer in any area needed and helped me through a divorce case when I really didn’t know what to do at all.I’m fortunate to have her and would highly recommend her to anybody.

I love her! She is fair but firm. She is totally professional. She gives it to you straight, she does not sugar coat things. I've worked with her for over 2 years and she has worked HARD for me. I've got a tough case and she wins.

This attorney is the most unprofessional person I have ever met. Not only will she treat you like you are less than she is, she will make rude and unnecessary comments the entire time you are in her presence. I don't know how she is able to run a business considering the extreme lack of professionalism shown by her. I would give her 0 stars if google allowed that.

This is the most disrespectful and lack of professionalism lawyer that anyone can encounter on the face of the earth. I would not recomend this lawyer to my worst enemy. To say that..... to none of the Spanish speaking community. She took my ex-wife for a ride and made her spend tons of money. For nothing. By presenting lies and false accusations. And the worst is that she will try to push her client after she has lost. To spend more money. With false promisses.In other words the only people she can impress with her horrible attitude is her clients. Ask around. What people think about her before hiring her.Is a general consensus. Do your research. Don't fall for this type of representation.

She was my attorney. Together we won my custody and child support case. She was awesome. I highly recommend her.
