Chad-I was surprised to see your review. When you came in, and as we had discussed, the reason your divorce isn’t final is because your spouse had the paperwork and she had yet to sign her part. You had called her and she indicated that was correct and that she was going to sign and get it back to us. She even apologized on your behalf for the aggressive and inappropriate manner in which you addressed my staff. <br><br>We also advised you again that we couldn’t finalize anything until both you and your spouse signed the necessary paperwork. She indicated she would sign it and get it to us, and as soon as she gets it to us, we can finalize your divorce. Additionally, there’s no need to come in and be aggressive with my staff when the process was clearly delayed based on the signature we were waiting on. If you want to call the office and talk with me directly I’d be happy to discuss the situation with you further, however, again we cannot finalize the divorce if we don’t have the necessary signatures.<br><br>Given the circumstances I’m at a loss as to how we have no done what we had agreed to? let’s discuss the situation and if there is <br>Something else that has occurred I would be happy to work with you on resolving any concerns.

Nathan Rivera is a professional lawyer he is honest and sincere. Nathan does not cut corners he responds to emergencys quickly as for my experience he responded to my custody emergency right away. With 30 minutes until his office closes and the court house he rushed vital information to the judge in person. He threw his jacket on jumped in his car and rushed to the court house to submit paperwork to the courts. I was pretty impressed with his diligence. He takes passion in his work and shows absolute respect towards matters with no judgment. I believe Nathan's work is more valuable than what he charges, it is reasonable and believe me I shopped around. I have had lawyers in the past and they are not as compassionate towards their duties like Nathan is. He is a great example to who a lawyer should be. Through custody or criminal He has always satisfied me and I recommend his services to everyone. It does not matter who you are or what you done he will take your case with no discrimination and acts on it professionally. His presence is comfortable.
