After being recommended by OOIDA for an incident in Arkansas, I contacted Road Law. I sent the requested information and the $4000 retainer. In the beginning they were in contact with me frequently until they got there money. After that I was the one who had to make the contact to find out what was going on. I knew very little as to my lawyer in Arkansas. Finally got my court date and then went with no knowledge of what we were doing until 2 weeks before my appearance. I demanded I talk with my lawyer. He finally called. The day before my appearance he sent a text telling me he had made a great deal on my case. Mind you he never asked me before accepting the deal. Bottom line is i wouldn't recommend Road Law or Daniel Webb out of Little Rock. The whole incident was blown up by the Clark County S.O. .my issue was a medical problem.

This people are amazing. They could have easily taken my money but they told me it was not worthy of fighting my case. Of course everyone’s situation is different. Honest people hard to find these days.

Let me tell you Oklahoma road law is amazing had a ticket for 70 in a 55 in California and they helped saved my job Mrs Kristi is amazing funny and super helpful highly recommend wish I could give more than 5 stars thank you thank you thank you

When I called in the first day to ask if my case could be handled, the girl who answered the phone asked me to email her and I did as she asked. Then she asked me to wait for her reply and I called back in 2 hours. She was very rude and said she would call me back. When I called in today to ask if my case could be handled, she seemed to yell at me because of my poor English, and asked me in a discriminatory tone if I could understand English. I personally feel that their attitude towards Asians is very unfriendly.

I felt, left out to dry with a ticket. I got in Minnesota and took so long to get back to me so I could get the ticket dismissed.

I called very First time, had 1 question and she was very very rude to me and unfriendly. She acted like I was bothering her. I decided I won’t be signing up with this company. And the info she gave me was incorrect !

Question about the contract since the shop at the company refuse to fix my apu it doesn't work well at all and the company I work with charged me contractor fees for the truck I helped revover is that legal they had almost a year to fix the issue? This company is known to breach contracts I am pretty sure this law firm has helped contractors sue the company I work with?

Back in February i was going through Milwaukee Wis and got busted doing 75 in a 55 that's a 6pt violation. Called Jeff McConnel. And had the pleasures of taking to Christy. They took its to court and got it DROPPED TO Illegal PARKING and 0 points. I VERY HIGHLY recommend the people at ROAD LAW to everyone. But i also has a clean record since 2014. But again thank u so very much Jeff and Christy for keeping my driving record in tact. ROAD LAW IS THE BEST OF THE VERY BEST
