I literally am now diagnosed with several issues listed as covered under disability. Instead of asking to see which disorders I have or opting to review records, the lady just kept saying wait until I receive more diagnoses. I called because I was told by medical professionals at Yale to apply again. If you didn't want the case, why waste my time instead of just saying "no"?

This is a BIG NO for me. The docs they expected me to sign include solicitation for insurance and sales reps. The rep talked in circles and ultimately wasted hours of my time. I believe they are based in Rhode Island, not CT.

I have had Yessica Castrillo as a case manager for a while now and she has been a big help to me in my trying to get social security disability. Yessica is professional , courteous and very good at what she does. She is a credit to her job and I’m am glad she is helping me.
