Helped me file my initial VA Disability claim Pro-Bono and was able to get me 100% what a great professional firm.

The people I have been dealing with are very unprofessional. I call and leave messages, and send texts and it will take days for someone to respond. My lawyer was very rude. I had so many questions after my hearing when I was approved for disability but my lawyer would not talk to me about it, and I have not talk to her since that day(Oct 29th). It’s now January 12th. I just scheduled appointments with social security so I could have my minor children added so I can receive money for them. When I tried asking the lawyer about that before and after my hearing she told me not to worry about it and they got the info they need. I asked how I was going to get paid and she told me not to worry about it they got the info they need. NO THEY DON’T. Now I’m having to wait even longer to receive it, because my appointment is at the end of February, and I don’t know how long it takes after that appointment to get approved. They are also taking the max amount ($9,200) from my back pay, but are sending me a bill in the mail saying I need to pay them for the medical records they got for me. DO NOT USE THEM, get help from someone else.

“My experience with Rob Levine & Associates has been a disaster. After going through not one, but two lawyers from the firm, both failed to properly handle my Social Security claim. Critical paperwork was not filed, leading to my denial. I’m now forced to appeal on my own, despite being legally disabled from an on-the-job accident with DSNY six years ago. I didn’t apply for Social Security right away, but my condition—my back, knees, and disabled arm—has made it impossible to work.
