Robb Leonard Mulvihill

Robb Leonard Mulvihill (RLM) represents my borough, Sewickley Hills, as borough solicitor. After repeated document requests, the borough could not provide me with any evidence that the borough solicitor worked in an effective manner to counter the outrageous and unprecedented 75% increase in fees that Valley Waste Services levied on borough residents as of 1 Jan 2023. I am extremely unimpressed with Robb Leonard Mulvihill.
