I want to win your case!” That was yrs ago and he did exactly what he said with a graceful skill for understanding the law and protecting my rights! The only lawyer to consider, period!

Paid lawyer to take care of my traffic ticket, they failed to fax over the necessary paperwork in order to lift my warrant that day, officer showed up next day at my work, I contacted lawyers office, asked them what happened? I paid you to resolve issue, they replied "we were busy that day forgot to fax over necessary paperwork to court. SMH

Mr. Valdez is a FANTASTIC attorney. Do NOT believe the few naysayers It's called Sour Grapes.

I'm not even sure where to start. It took 3.5 months to get a court date, and an eternity to get them to reply to email or returned phone call. I was being harassed by me ex husband and we have a child together. I requested my decree/child support order to be modified. Out of the 5 things I paid MR. Valdez for I got two. My EX-husband showed up to court LATE AND WITH NO ATTORNEY and this was the outcome. I also explained to Mr. Valdez that my ex and I didn’t get along and my preference was NOT to see him. What does he do? Leaves me in a room ALONE with him for 1 hour. THIS OFFICE DOESN’T CARE. I EMAILED THEM 3 TIMES SINCE TO EXPRESS MY FRUSTRATIOIN AND NO RESPONSE. IT HAS BEEN ALMOST A MONTH AND I HAVENT RECEIVED A REVISED DECREE, A PHONE CALL, AN EMAIL. ABSOLUETLY NOTHING. THESE PEOPLE MAILED MY COURT DATE LETTER ADDRESS TO MRS SALDIVAR AND IM NOT MRS SALDIVAR!
