I was given Robert's info on a referral. I spoke to him about the dispute I was having with my HOA and he told me he'd get back to me the next day. I waited for a week and after multiple follow ups, I realized that he was not going to return my call. It would have been nice if he had just notified me that he did not want to take on the work.
