When I saw the company’s management people displaying very nasty attitude toward me avoiding recognize the serious industrial injury I suffered during the course of work there, that was the first clue I knew something was not right. Recently I was able to move my Industrial compensation claim to Bob Wisniewski Law Offices and what followed was world class representation. Bob acts quickly on any concerns I had. With Bob I know my interests and any concerns are priority. Bob is straight forward and truthful even if I don’t like what is happening at least I know why and can trust what he is saying, this makes it easy accept the concerns I don’t like or feel are unfair by the insurance company. Bob has been amazing working through my workman's comp injury. I tried for over a year to deal with the insurance company and was denied multiple times on MRi and surgery required to return to full status. Bob and his team have worked tirelessly on my behalf and are working hard to see that I get the necessary treatment and results I deserve. My case is a complicated mess and they have been with me the entire time. I still am working on making a full recovery but would highly recommend Bob and his team for anyone who has a workplace injury. My biggest mistake was not hiring them sooner!

Save your money, dealing with this guy almost 3 years. He charges the maximum rate and does the bear minimum. Wouldn't even order a rebuttal exam when we asked him to. If you need a insurance moderator this is your guy, he agrees with and does everything the insurance company wants. Played us for 3 years while we lost our home and everything else, we fired him and hired a much more competent attorney who settled our case 3 months later for a fair settlement. In my experience robert wisniewski is the worst lawyer ever, and in my opinion shouldn't be allowed to practice law.

Let me start with Robert was honest and upfront. He helped me understand what was going on and what I was looking at. He didn’t try and get me on as a client. He didn’t sell me the moon. He talked to me like a human. Like a normal person. He gave me info to help my kids down the road and even me. I would 100% recommend him to anyone needing an injury lawyer. Oh he wasn’t able to actually help me. So him being willing to listen and help where he could and spend 30 minutes on the phone with me even after knowing it wasn’t going to benefit him should tell you he’s a good honest person.
