Mr. Nagel pulled out all the stops and special contacts to ensure a better resolution on my case and make sure the ADA knows who the hell they’re prosecuting and won’t let em rest. Oh, he gave me the hope and answers I needed to stay sane until the end, just keep an open ear and listen to coach. Why risk it with anyone else💯 this guys an advocate worth every cent he’ll handle it

Wish I could put negative stars, when calling an attorney they should give hope for there client. He did not have any of my information up even after scheduling a time. He was discombobulated not making sense with what he was saying and basically automatically saying I was wrong and guilty without actually saying it. I don’t know how he gets clients but this is just embarrassing as a law firm and doesn’t deserve to have any clients. Unprofessional and should retire.
It's unfortunate that a prospective client would choose to defame my office and that Google would abide and allow its platform to be used in such a way. <br><br>In choosing a lawyer, one should value honesty and forthrightness above all else. That is my commitment and even if it means telling somebody something they might not want to hear, I will do that. Other lawyers may try to appease you with niceties, but I'll be straight with you. The worst thing a lawyer can do is make promises that they can't keep. My promise is to get you the best outcome possible and I will do that. I won't promise you an unrealistic outcome and make excuses about why I didn't get you what I said I would. Honesty. Straight talk. Hard work. The best outcome possible. That's what you'll get with my office.

After almost 2 years of going back and forth with Mr Nagel and his secretary, we finally had a completed description of what we wanted to turn in to the court. Instead Mr Nagel sent in what was a rough draft that we had worked on 1 year prior. It was not what I wanted sent to the court. When I asked him about it he tried to put the blame on me. Why would I want the old draft instead of the new draft? In my opinion I could not trust him so I told him I did not need his services any more. In my and my wifes opinion both he and his secretary were very rude and not easy to talk to.
We at the Law Offices of Robert Nagel work hard to achieve our client's goals and are highly successful in doing so. Sometimes, for whatever reasons, even when we succeed in achieving a client's goals, that client is nonetheless dissatisfied. We will always strive to do better, but we will always prioritize competence and achievment of the client's goals over any other consideration. It is unfortunate that a former client would write a libelous review after we've worked hard and achieved their goals. That's a disservice to not only us, but also the general public, which is entitled to accurate information about the performance of a law office.
He guided me through the process and made sure my rights were respected. If I ever need legal help again, he will be the first call I make.

My attorney showed up late to court, and it made the judge very upset. My attorney never informed me I would lose my drivers license. This firm lacked attention to detail. Even after 20 years later, I will never forget.
