Mr. Harenski is very kind and compassionate. He works hard and is honest. If you have patients and can accept the truth this is the attorney for you. He will fight for you, but you have to trust him. When you hire an attorney, you have to trust and allow them to do their job. He did not represent me personally, but he did my brother and when I say he had his work cut out for him he absolutely did. Was the process easy, absolutely not, but he went over and beyond. In the end the outcome was better than anyone expected and if I had to fight in any way I would most definitely put my trust in him again. Thank you, Mr. Robert, for all your time, energy, and support. My family is truly indebted to you. Now to Mrs. Connie, she is such a God sent. She too went over and beyond and pass the allotted hours as well to ensure that our family received the proper representation and the level of compassion shown was unmatched. I truly thank you from the bottom of my heart.

I wouldn't use him again. He really did nothing for me but take my money, even the information was wrong, price of damages etc he knew nothing. I advise people to not waste your time or money on him. I was warned before hand and didn't listen, so I'm warning you. He could hardly ever be reached and come to find out 2 years later I know who scratched someone's car I was accused of scratching, because I was dragged n intoxicated, I hardly remembered my night I called the police that night who calls the police after committing a crime? it was his job to find out the truth, failed to do that. Horrible Mississippi attorney, DO NOT USE HIM..... REVIEWS ARE HERE FOR REASONS.

I’ve been trying to contact Robert since November 2021 on behalf of my husband. He doesn’t respond back to calls or text. Very unprofessional

On August 18, 2021 after my hearing I caught Judge James Steele and Prosecutors Steven Eckert and Robert Herenski bragging and boasting how they were able to set me up. These 3 individuals thought I left already. Not to mention, the mocking they were enjoying about our 1st amendment.

Response from owner

The above complaint is from a defendant I prosecuted in municipal court. He was arrested for refusing to move his car when directed by police. A very simple and reasonable request. He thinks his First Amendment rights were violated by police instructing him to move. He absolutely refused numerous calm and professional requests to move the car. He was arrested, tried, convicted and sentenced. No one made fun of him. Now he is upset because things did not go his way.

Honestly if I could give this attorney zero stars I absolutely would. I don't advise anyone to use this lawyer. Not only was there no evidence against me what so ever as I have now found out, but he didn't even know what evidence there was (if any) was against me. I wasted money on this lawyer. Im telling you people, please, please, I know in times of desperation we just need someone, but get the best one. This lawyer completely stirred me wrong and I hope he gets what he deserves in return for his lack of care just love of money and greed.

Response from owner

It is very hard to respond to someone who is to ashamed to leave their real name. I can only say that I meet w/ every client numerous times regarding their case and go over the evidence with them. If they plead Guilty in Court, it is their decision - NOT MINE! Further, the Judge will always ask, “Are you pleading Guilty, because you are in fact Guilty; and not because of any promises or threats.” If Tony Tiger plead Guilty - It was Tiger’s own decision to do so!!! I fight very hard for all my client, and will continue doing so as long as I am in practice!
