Roberty Spitz Esq....... Highly recommend avoiding him and his firm. We retained him to work on a frivolous lawsuit. After he missed the deadline to respond, we questioned his work, fired him, and requested our $3,500 retainer be returned. What we received was an invoice for "claimed research work" that happened to equal $3,529, no refund due...... No actual work was completed, and we had to retain another attorney who made quick work of the case, and had it dismissed on summary judgment. If you read the reviews not posted by staff and friends, you will see a pattern. Before selecting an attorney, perform better due diligence than we did!

A great experience with manny from a devastating financial hardship.

Be care before hiring. Receptionist dont want to answer my question. Imagine I pay retainer fee , they wont be returning my call if I have question or issue. Its a wild out there for your money.

Mr. Spitz was absolutely wonderful. He kept in communication with us, explained any of the legal language we didn't understand so that we were well informed throughout the process, and he was an all-around pleasant person to work with. Additionally, he resolved our case in a way that we were happy with. I would 100% recommend working with him.

I paid $100 consultation fee to sit in this man's office for 20 minutes of reprimand and being asked "why" I entered into a Sub to deal... uhm, I don't need to be questioned over and over. If you can't help me it's as simple as "I can't help you". But to sit and grt laughed at and reprimanded is quite rude (for lack of a better term).

This is the ONLY Attorney I would recommend.Very straight forward and will let you know the truth on if a case is even worth going after.I could go on for days on how great they are.Already has won 3 cases for me.Never thought representation like this still existed.Thank God I found them.12/15/23 Update Coming to the last case and finally being done with courts.If you want a lawyer for $250 and hour go for it.I tried and am loosing 70,000 that if I would have had him I wouldn't have Wish I would have had him in the beginning. A good lawyer is worth his weight in gold.Beware he will tell you straight and doesn't play games.

DO NOT HIRE!!! Robert Spitz is a CROOK!! I hired him for a job, they didn't start working til after the timeline had expired, then the attorney that was working for us quit, and they wanted to charge us another consultation fee to work with a new attorney. Then got on the phone with us yelling and over talking us. DO NOT HIRE!! EDIT: After leaving this review, ROBERT SPITZ reached out to my business partner and threatened to sue me for $100,000 for defamation of character due to this review. I repeat DO NOT HIRE THIS ATTORNEY!

I met with Mr. Spitz today for a consultation. I have been very stressed over a situation involving my rental properties. I walked out of his office feeling a lot of the worry lifted from my shoulders. He gave me information and took the time to explain things that I didn’t understand. He helped me to realize I could do things differently. He gave me names of people who could help make things easier for me. I highly recommend Robert Spitz. He is knowledgeable and patient. Spitz is as good as they come. Highly knowledgeable and extremely helpful. Sometimes it’s better to listen than to be heard. He will help you if you are interested in being helped. Condescending and obnoxious. He thinks you should know the law and when asked a question he Googles it. He needs to face the fact he is older and needs to hang up the shingle. Do not waste your time or money. Office staff is great.
