Definitely wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone. The communication is beyond horrible. It’s has been over 3 months since I’ve heard from my case workers. I have called multiple times a week emailed multiple times a week and no reply And when you call the receptionist, they say that they are going to send an urgent message and you should receive a call within 24 to 48 hours. This has been a long 24 to 48 hours of my life.

When I was seeking representation I was going in circles wondering if I should go with a black law firm or not but immediately after speaking with Mr. David Simmons, I think he’s in the client concierge department and they surely have the right person because he made me feel comfortable and not just a number. I appreciate that kind of person and service. I would definitely recommend Attorney Robert James and his awesome team who always answered my questions in a timely manner. I’m sure I got on yall nerves but I appreciate each and every one of you!

My Lawyer Mel La'Vergne did an exceptional job representing me. When I say I was beyond belief at the results of my case, I was truly beyond belief. I am not a client but I was reaching out to the firm on behalf of a client and her family while she was incarcerated. I would like to say that Asha Hunter was a huge help. The client's dad is elderly and is not fluent with the computer. When I reached out to the firm for him Asha responded by phone within an hour. She was very helpful. She instructed me to contact her by email for a more rapid response. We communicated through email for about 4 weeks. Asha was very instrumental in keeping the family up to date with the process.
