I first reached out on October 2nd and again on October 29th after receiving a call accusing me of disputing a payment I never disputed, yet I never received any response. This accusation was both upsetting and unprofessional. I also had to follow up on my own just to find out what happened in my brother’s court case, since no one bothered to update me. Additionally, the receptionist was extremely rude and acted as if she were doing me a favor, even though we paying for their services. Overall, this firm’s communication is extremely poor, and I would not recommend them based on my experience.

It’s now been 3 years since I’ve been able to contact them regarding my (last known to me) open case. I’m not sure where the disconnect is. I’ve emailed, I’ve called and called and called. I’m not sure if Kelly is still here but I’ve used both her numbers, I’ve even emailed another member of the team that I found on the website. At this point I have no idea what else to do besides leave a 1 star review.
