Baytown, TX
Medina is highly experienced, straight forward, punctual and he was able to get my case dropped.
Thank you for your kind words! Let us know if we can help with anything else in the future.
Robert handled my daughter’s legal name change. He worked closely to get it done and communicated well with us when the law changed and added requirements. Very kind and caring person! Thanks Robert!
Highly recommend Mr.Medina it was a long process cause of the other party but he was patient and he got it done and worked with me
I highly recommend Roberto Medina . He is an honest man of high integrity who cares about his clients. He was on top of every detail of my case and was very knowledgeable all the way through. He took care of business since day one. Would definitely use Robert Medina again and refer him to all my friends.
VERY professional, meticulous in his work/research and superb in communication. Mr. Medina has a strict no bs rule and gets right to the point! Love the work that has been done on my case that has been very complicated and now I can finally breathe thanks to Mr. Medina. If you’re looking for a lawyer that kicks ass, I highly recommend Mr. Medina.
Thank you for your kind words! We appreciate your positive review very much.
Very polite and friendly made me feel very welcome hard to find that kind of service.
We came to Mr. Medina a few weeks ago with our case and everything went so smoothly. We highly recommend him!
It was my pleasure to help out! I wish y'all all of the best in the days ahead.
Worst attorney!!! You can’t trust him. He doesn’t care about his clients nor ex clients. He exposes his previous clients to the other party.
My records do not show any current or former clients named "Andrea Yusta". Please remove this fake review immediately. Thank you.
THE WORST ATTORNEY YOU CAN HIRE. I hired him for my case, and never solved it; to my surprise, the defendant party hired him to testify against me which is against the law. He is VIOLATING the confidentiality we had. If you hire him, you will hire your enemy. HE IS TRASH!!!!!
Ms. Castano:<br><br>The Texas Rules Of Professional Conduct prohibit me from knowlingly "[Using] confidential information of a former client to the disadvantage of the former client after the representation is concluded unless...the confidential information has become generally known."<br><br>You have made it generally known that you had previously hired me. Allow me to now clarify: I last represented you in 2019. You have not been a client of mine in the last four years since then. <br><br>You have accused me of being hired by a “defendant party” to testify against you. Allow me to clarify: I have not been hired by anyone to testify against you. Nor have I testified against you.<br><br>The attorney-client privilege generally prohibits me from revealing the confidential information of ANY CLIENT. However, the Texas Rules Of Professional Conduct state “A lawyer may reveal confidential information: …(4) When the lawyer has reason to believe it is necessary to do so in order to comply with a court order…”<br><br>Allow me to clarify: This year I was subpoenaed on several occasions to testify about your confidential information, and I fought the subpoenas each time, at my own expense. Only recently has a Texas judge indicated that they will sign a court order forcing me to reveal a limited amount of your confidential information. That is not me being “hired”, that is me being “ordered”.<br><br>Attorney-Client privilege prohibits me from otherwise divulging the contents of our communications during my time as your attorney four years ago. I will only say: If I was free to fully respond, I am confident the public would reach a different conclusion.<br><br>I wish you the best of luck.
Mr. Medina has been pretty helpful and has definetely made my case smooth and easy to deal with. Not to mention affordable.
Robert Medina is a hidden gem in the Texas legal field. His straight forward, no nonsense approach to the practice of law is invaluable. Robert’s creativity and people skills are second to none and truly an asset to any case. I have not met nor worked with many other lawyers who have greater integrity or work harder for their clients than Robert does. He meets any challenge, no matter how big or small, head on and with a can-do attitude that any client would be lucky to have.
Best attorney in Houston! Definitely s life saver in family courts when you have a high conflict situation.
I would be very wary of this lawyer. He took my partners case more than 3 years ago and then, it appears, did not follow through on anything. To this day we don’t understand what has happened because he does not communicate. He does not return phone calls, so we went to see him after a few years had gone by. This was several months ago. He was very upset that we would show up at his office in-person (we had to track it down because he moved from his previous location close for the Galleria to one much further away) and called my partner a liar and acted like a bully. His appalling lack of professional behaviour was alarming.
Ms. Stantial:<br><br>My records do not show that you are a current or former client.<br><br>Have a good day, and a great week.
Don’t ever come here, he’s one of the worst attorney in the city. He let me wait for three years and when I ask him about my case, he never answered me back and he never called me back and when I went to his office he told me don’t come here without an appointment and he’s not answering the phone calls in the same time so just keep away from his office.
You do not appear to be a current or former client.
Robert Medina is one of the most professional attorneys I've had the pleasure of working with. Highly recommend him.
Worst attorney ever. He sat on my case and made excuses. Do not recommend.
I am sorry that your goals were not met to your satisfaction. Attorney-client confidentiality prevents me from saying anything else. I wish you the best of luck going forward.
Good advice no bull
