The Robert Pierce firm represented me in the Philips CPAP Lawsuit and MDL. My Attorney, Aaron Rinh, was also on the Plaintiff Leadership team and personally authored and filed many of the Motions, Briefs and Evidence Exhibits that led Koninklijke Philips to cease selling CPAP, BI-PAP and other DME in the United States. He, Mac Ference and Zachary Gordon were my contacts within the firm. These suits are complex, often painful and always slow but the one thing the Pierce firms deserves credit for is communication. They were ALWAYS available and responsive. There are nightmare stories from this MDL of Attorneys overcharging, not returning correspondence or simply not paying their clients. Not so here. Even if I did not particularly care for the "News of the Day", Zach or one of the Attorneys was man enough to lay it on me and see if I could "Handle the Truth". Sadly, many claimants in this case were disappointed in the ultimate results. I have always known that my case was in the best possible hands and now that it is over, I was right. Aaron Rinh took me on as a client after a New Jersey lawyer withdrew his representation at a critical juncture, perilously close to a SOL deadline and with my Tolling Agreement about to expire. I am very fortunate to be here, at the end of a long painful road. A rare case of "what did not kill me ultimately did make me better." Robert peirce and associates is complete garbage and do not care about there potential clients unless it is a guaranteed win. I would strongly suggest to not use them I had evidence of the wrong doing and the excuse was absolutely ridiculous and absurd. DO NOT USE THEM

I had to wait over 4 years to get my disability because the office just kept getting the records before the cut off date of review. I called them about this and was told that they assumed because of my age I would probably get it. Also I should have gotten forms to take to my primary care doctor with her evaluation of me resulting in a fibromyalgia diagnosis. I know that the office is busy, but that type of paperwork should have been filled out earlier and I had to pay additional bill for paperwork that they were charged for after they took more of a fee from my back payment owed to me. I called to find out why it's was taking so long. I was told that an adjustment was being done due to an increase in SSDI which in was in the contract that they can take more. I was told an estimate which was to be deducted and when I received the payment it was way over what I was told. I figured if I went with an attorney it would be faster to get approved. Well I was wrong and I should have done it on my own with the help of 2 other friends that got it approved fast.
