I had a not so easy case for an accident. I struggled to find a lawyer to even look at the case seriously but Robert stood up to the challenge. He put in a lot of hard work and actually went to bat for me without knowing if we would win. His hard work paid ofd when we ended up coming out the victors. He really stands up for the little guy against insurance companies and I really couldn't recommend him enough. Very appreciative of all the hard work he put it.

Robert is easy to work with. He will travel to meet you at home or email your documents so you don't have to go to his office or travel if you are limited. He kept me informed and kept MY best interest first and foremost and I received a better settlement than I expected. Years ago I went to one of those law firms that advertises on tv and was disappointed I wish I knew about Robert back then.

When i finally found Mr.Pretto I was turned down by many diffrent attorneys. Many of witch would not barley talk to me on the phone, let alone meet me in person. When i had called he set up an apt to meet with me in person right as soon as possible. He put me at ease and made sure that I understood each step and what may or may not happen.
