The whole office has been very honest, kind, and professional during this tough time in my life.

I met Mr Zipperer yesterday. He set me at ease and was easy to talk to! He understands s…t happens in life! I highly recommend his team!! Some have negative reviews but it’s apparent they didn’t follow his direction! He will have your back!!!

I’m incredibly frustrated that my bankruptcy case still has not been submitted. I completed and returned all necessary paperwork on Monday May 13th. Today marks 34 business days since the signed paperwork was returned. I received an email from Mr. Zippers paralegal on May 27th stating my case would be filed that week, yet here we are on July 2nd — more than a full month and 25 business days later — with no action taken. This delay is completely UNACCEPTABLE. The lack of communication is UNACCEPTABLE. I have called multiple times (2-3 times a week) and I receive the same vague response each time... "It is on the Attorneys desk for review", "I will have him call you back", "I'm sorry for the delay, I will give Robert your message again"

If you’re looking for a bankruptcy attorney go somewhere else. He failed to file our bankruptcy paperwork which caused our vehicle to be towed. When I called to ask what happened and why it was towed, they said that we needed to do some credit course. That wasn’t explained to us as something that needed to be done to file. It was explained that it was a survey. We weren’t given proper communication as to when it needed to be completed or what was happening with our case. He was able to file some emergency paperwork and got our car back. After a few months of explaining that we were having issues with my wife losing her job and I had another case that I had to get taken care of to save my job, this office never communicated as to what we can do to work with us to continue our case. Our best interest wasn’t taken into consideration and no legal advice was given. I was asked to pay another $150 to add something to our case, but that again, wasn’t explained well..I thought I was paying so that they could tell the judge our problems. In October, I woke up to our car being towed again after finding out they closed our case a few days prior because of non payment. I was in contact with this office because I didn’t hear anything from them since our meeting with the trustee back in July. I was asking what we needed to do and why I haven’t heard from them. I was told our case was closed, then a few days later our car was towed again. I then again called and asked why I wasn’t given any instructions on to what needed to be done to file another case. All they did was just sent an email telling me that a refile was what needed to be done. I asked them to contact me with the next steps to go forward with the refile and nothing…our car got towed. Mr Zipperer finally responded to tell us that we never paid him to refile and he couldn’t get our car back a second time. Sorry sir, but there would have never been a second time if you communicated the first time. And if they communicated how much we needed to pay to refile, we could have done so…If you told us that we needed to do that “survey” and they would have filed the first time, we would have done so…instead I got no phone call, no email, no snail mail….nothing. NO COMMUNICATION! I think they assume everyone has already went through bankruptcy and know what has to be done. Sorry but I’m not a mind reader and don’t know what the cost to refile is or what needs to be done to file a case. I’m not a lawyer…Over all this staff and this attorney are terrible and useless. Their office is unorganized and communication is not in their vocabulary. I filed a complaint with the bar only to find out this isn’t the first time due to a lack of communication. I made a terrible mistake with this guy and now we’re stuck without a vehicle. Enjoy taking selfies and posting them to your Facebook Mr. Zipperer, because when you lose your practice, you’ll be taking more of them with all your free time. I paid you to represent us and you did not live up to your ethical obligation to do what is in our best interest. Now we have no car and I have to pay someone else to start the process again. Worst lawyer ever… Update: Obviously, Mr. Zipperer has a problem reading and comprehending text. I explained in my one star review why we couldn’t pay. The main cause for the one star complaint is the lack of communication. He never exclaimed the “survey” needed to be completed. If that was relayed we would have done so, and our car would have never been towed the first time…his negligence cost us our vehicle. If it never happened the first time, we could have saved it this time.

Response from owner

The above statements are entirely false. I filed a chapter 13 payment plan for him in Orlando. The case was dismissed as he made only one payment of the court ordered payments in 7 months. I obtained an extension from the court on his payments to his creditors - he failed to make any of those payments and the entire cause of his problems was his failure to make plan payments.

My husband started a bankruptcy in December 2019. He passed in May before he could give the additional money due to proceed and complete his case. I called for his $500.00 deposit back and was told it was non refundable. I have left several messages with no return call asking for my money back. I requested a copy of the agreement and was told again I had to wait for the Attorney to call me back. I am now a widow with no benefits from his death. I lost my job. I am waiting another week and will resort to whatever i have to do to get my money back. I hope they do the right thing.

Response from owner

We are so sorry to hear about your loss and would be happy to issue a refund after everything is verified.<br>*Update* The fees were returned to her even though substantial work was performed by my office and there was a signed contract which clearly states that all fees are non-refundable.
