This so called lawer Roberto Gil is a very rude disrespectful person no education at all his receptionist is the same way.

It’s been over a year and never got helped. Never received my court day. Never got proof of my file getting submitted to court. Was told to take the classes and I did then a year later was told to take them again. That right there was my proof that he never submitted my file the first time. So I no longer bothered a second time. I know my money is long gone. I just want to share my experience I hope it helps someone out there.

This man is the worst lawyer I've ever seen. First of all, his office is very dirty. And all he does is ask for money and steal it. He doesn't help you. And he's rude to his clients. Please don't go to him.

Just called this guy and very unprofessional when I asked questions he told me he don’t give quotes over the phone I explain to him fine that’s OK he said nobody ever does which is a lie because I got two other quotes prior to calling him and he’s just very rude and unprofessional and he hung up on me I was actually calling for my grandmother to try to help her out I do not recommend this guy at all!!!

Really rude disrespected my husband and wanted to sue him for no reason when my husband was just trying to help me in some questions I had when we were going over some paper work. Stole my money & never attended to my court date & I paid extra just for second trail at court. I do not recommend no one coming to this attorney don’t waste your money on him he will just steal Your money.

Please please do not use this man...its been the worst person to hire from the moment we paid him in full 2 years ago for a BK this person is so unprofessional non responsive all he has to say is that he is the best. I will be reporting him state bar for the stress and malpractice of him and the receptionist he has that is so rude..he has taken advantage of my elderly mother who trust him...he is no good and will try to intimidate u...well not here I know exactly what to do with people like him that take advantage of the elderly.

This “Attorney” Robert Gil is NOT professional AT ALL completely Unorganized WILL FORGET ABOUT your CASE, if you confront him about it he becomes completely offended and starts acting unprofessional even bad-mouthing you, I payed this man almost $900 for bankruptcy and it's been Over Two Years and NOTHING. Every Time I call or show up, he says it's all in it's​ time and if I wanted it to be done sooner I should have payed somebody else to do it. Every 4 or 5 months he send me flyers to promote him, really dude? You can't even handle my case

He's a con artist of a lawyer. PLEASE ANYONE SEEING THIS...DONT GIVE HIM YOUR MONEY. HE DOESNT DO THE JOB, HE ONLY LIKES TO COLLECT. If I could I wouldn't even give his law office nor his work ethic a star, but i must click on one at least. He knows how HORRIBLE of an attorney he is! He liked my review for god's sake!

Very unprofessional and disrespectful had an attitude from time answered the phone and cut me off while I was talking multiple times....recommended staying as far away from this place as possible pinch cerote!!!

Mr. Roberto Gil, he is a very Professional and a outstanding Lawyer, he helped us in our darkest hour. He was with us all the way and very understanding. Mr. Gil showed so much empathy to our situation, he went above and beyond. A Great Lawyer that we highly recommend .

Not worth the money

This guy is a joke and a fraud. I wouldn’t give him a star but I’m required to give one in order to write a review. He wasted my time and my case. He never contacted me back. Every time I would call the office they would act like they didn’t know me. This guy is a joker at its finest.

Hello, I am reading all this reviews and it makes me so sick to my stomach. I gave this man my money, I am a single mom trying to get through life and finish my bankruptcy paper work wth this guy. I got a really good recommendation on this guy never tought I would be going through this. I already finish paying him and has been giving me the run around since I finish paying everything. I will be reporting him to be BBB ASAP. I cannot believe that he did this to all of us. Very disappointed

Don't trust this so call want to be lawyer he will just still your money after paying him $980.00 he just stold my money and did not help me at all he said that my case was cancelled but why didnt he say that to me when I went to do my last payment he never mention anything about that it was cancelled why would he take my money and when you try talking to him hes like a dog barking and barking dont let you speak up and clicks the phone .very un professional has no manners please don't waste your time with him.you need to report him to the state bar of california.

Rude , Un professional , does not care , only looking to get money from you . Please if you are reading this do not come to this man . He treated my parents horribly. First he charged them $75 to talk to him and the whole time was hurrying them up saying he had more clients with appointments pushing them to make decisions on whether they were gonna pay him another $125 to send a letter out . To make this story short with only one phone call i was able to fix my parents tax problem and have there debt forgiven and it only took me one hour on the phone to clear up a small clerical mistake on there taxes. And it was FREE! and yes you read right $125 to send a letter. What a joke!

STOLE FROM MY PARENTS, NEVER COMPLETED THEIR CASE. VERY DISRESPECTFUL PERSON, UNPROFESSIONAL.
