Tukatech, Inc. Another attorney was taken down by the Justice Department for fraud at his law firm and is serving a lengthy sentence. Yet another was disciplined by the state bar with a license suspension and she never graduated from law school. Roberts salvaged what he could after my case was derailed by those attorneys, and with strong trial lawyering skills, turned it into a winner at trial. Some lawyers claim to be "trial lawyers" yet have never tried a successful jury trial. When faced with trial, they often push and even coerce their clients to accept a meager settlement and move on to exploit the next client.
