I became familiar with this law firm years ago when they represented my family after a tragic car crash involving a drunk driver who took my sister’s life. At that time, the firm’s leadership handled our case with compassion and professionalism, and they fought hard for justice on behalf of my family! We were very grateful for their support during such a difficult time. Because of that prior experience, my husband reached out to the firm when I was involved in a car accident. There were times during my case, communication did feel a bit inconsistent/distant and the duration of my case was long... which I believe may have been due to staffing changes and/or maybe it was case delays which may have been uncontrollable to the firm. However, I want to give a special shout-out to my attorney, Alejandra Muñoz, who stepped in and truly made a difference. Alejandra has been attentive, responsive, and genuinely committed to advocacy. She has been a breath of fresh air and I deeply appreciate her support, knowledge in educating me on the process, and dedication as we approach the conclusion of my case. It has been reassuring to finally see the light at the end of the tunnel. I also want to shout out Laura as she did help in the beginning with major support! I saw Lucas Naccarati’s review and he is absolutely correct. This firm should never get your business. They do not care about you. They don’t communicate with me, and I am clueless. It’s been 4 years and they do not update me. I have to call them for any sort of update and it’s been like this since 2023 when the Buzbee law firm pushed me over to this firm. I went to therapy and everything for what happened. They keep telling me soon but I don’t know why to believe. Hopefully something changes after this review because I have been very patient but never get a solid answer.

the worst law firm you can go to. I was hit by a bus while riding an E scooter and I am disabled and Roberts Markland did not protect me or do what they were supposed to do. please do not use this law firm. It is not normal for the lack of communication and the lack of empathy. I have talked to other friends that had less serious injuries than I did, and their lawyers checked in on them. Every week had their personal number. they just want to charge up your medical bills so that you have to pay them. They don’t care about your pain and suffering. they waited to drop me as a client even though they had the same information from when I first contacted them. they promised me all these things and did not deliver. go to a bigger firm. they don’t fight tooth and nail. i became their client in march (it’s october now) i still don’t know my lawyers name lol…. if you want a firm with little to no communication and that just rocks up your bills and drops disabled clients this is not the firm. they don’t care they just want your money. still waiting to be released as a client and i can’t even talk to another lawyer. reporting this firm for malpractice to texas bar. better off going to Jim adler or morgan morgan. they have no empathy or care about others they just want money. they had me in physical therapy racking up a bill for two months knowing they were going to drop me.
