My call to Roberts&Roberts was the best phone assistance I have made in my 85 years. Blaine was my phone contact and made my day MUCH BETTER ! I was referred to Roberts and Roberts after an auto accident in the summer of 2024. I honestly could not have asked for a better experience. Going through a lawsuit is never fun, but when you have a great team working with you it makes a huge difference. Kevin and Jessica are an amazing team. I genuinely felt like they had my best interest at heart. I was never left in the dark about anything, they kept me informed throughout the entire process. Kevin was very knowledgeable, patient, thorough, and kind. He always took the time to talk to me when I had questions and never made me feel rushed or like a bother. He always explained things until I fully understood what was going on at any given time. Jessica was so sweet and responsive. It didn't matter what time of day it was or how busy she was, if I needed to reach out she always responded right away, and if she didn't already know the answer to what I needed she immediately found out. She was a real joy to work with. They were truly incredible. The sweet lady that works the front desk (I can't remember her name) was also always nice and accommodating. It speaks volumes when you truly feel like you can trust the people in your corner and you know they are doing everything they can to help you. I was involved in a vehicle accident hit by a drunk driver in February 2025 My vehicle was totaled I immediately asked friends for referrals and Roberts and Roberts were top of the list I called and within a day they sent Joe out to my job and took my statements and began the investigation into the details They recovered the actual video from a local business and proceeded from there They stayed in touch with me on every detail and were able to negotiate with doctors and hospitals on fees and got me a nice settlement Heath was the absolute best always returning my calls and keeping me up to date as well as Jasmine All in all for what it was the experience was the best I pray I never need an attorney again but if I did it would be this law office Thank you so so much

Okay first and foremost I've never used this law firm however I have participated in their focus groups.... However recently like yesterday I called because I had a question about an injury that I had and I Miss Ann was super super super helpful and answering my question and literally led me in the right direction of where I needed to go and to be quite honest she didn't have to take the time to do that I mean like seriously she needs to be commended and furthermore I will always refer this law firm to anybody because I personally believe that they are the BEST.

Mr. Blane carriles was very helpful he couldn't take my case but was very professional and gave a good advice on what I need it to do . He is AWESOME....

When I first Met with them they stated a timeline of how long the process would take. They stood behind that timeline and got my case settled in a timely manner. Very flexible and willing to work around obstacles. Would definitely recommend if you need a car wreck injury lawyer
