Robertson Alex

This office is a joke. I had an issue I was paying on last year. I had a check bounce and contacted the office. 8 months later, no returned calls. Then I get a notice that my wages are being garnished. I tried to reach out before the garnishment happened and no returned calls. I reached out over 5 times without a call back for the next week. I then got spoke with the secretary who told me Alex was busy, but tried to call me back 3 times yesterday and the line was busy… NOT TRUE LMAO. After I questioned that, Alex was no longer busy and could “speak” with me. When speaking with Alex, I was very calm and just had questions, he got huffy with me and started getting smart with me. He would not let me finish a sentence. He then said I had a check bounced 8 months ago and never received a call back from them. He then said “you send us a check, you have to have sufficient funds”. I told him I did but it took them 3 weeks to cash my check and the he HUNG UP ON ME. What a joke!!!!

Alex was amazing! He's very personal to talk with and quick to get things done. He even gave us a refund cuz the problem was taken care of quickly. Never herd of attorney giving money back! Would definitely use him again.

I had Alex for my car accident attorney and was very disappointed in the work he done for what he got paid for,33 thousand dollars and he did not do anything that I couldn’t of done, also asked to sue the bar and he agreed then 2 weeks b4 the deadline I get an email he chose not to!! When I would try to get a hold of him he was always short and not very nice!! NEVER AGAIN!!! Pretty bad when your lawyer gets more than yourself!! Lesson learned!!!

I wanted to have a will so that if I die my son won't have to go to probate. This is a family law firm, Mr. Robertson, his 2 sons and his daughter-in-law. Mr. Robertson handles wills, so that's who I saw. He was very knowledgable and patient, and explained our options. He was thorough. I noticed an award on his wall, something he received for being an attorney for 65 years! I doubt if you'll find many more experienced attorneys. All the lawyers I've used in the past have been focused mainly on their fee, requiring pre-payment. I wasn't charged until everything was done. I was actually surprised by how reasonable the fee was. Thank you, I'll be using this firm for all my legal needs (which I hope I'll never need)!

Great law firm

Attorney Alex Robertson took care of my business I was opening from the start with looking over the lease agreement and he did amazing. When the owner of the building did not follow through with the agreement of said lease Alex was quick to tend to my needs and take care of the issue. He even made sure to email me the results while he was on vacation with his family so that I knew what was going on. It is great to finally work with an attorney who cares and actually works for you.

I've been working with Alex for awhile now and he's always there! He's very kind, professional and compassionate! Highly recommend his office!

Great experience HIGHLY recommended!! He got results better than I expected super fast!! He is very professional, extremely kind, and down to earth, fierce when he needs to be but treats his clients with a respect I have yet to see with any other attorney. He and his office staff were very welcoming and just all in all good people. Alex was very easy to communicate with and always returned my calls and kept me informed of the progress he really eased my mind. I can't say enough about how pleasant my experience was. I would definitely recommend his services I have dealt with lawyers in the past but this guy sets the bar pretty high as far as standards go. If you need results call this guy you won't be disappointed.
