they have a woman Jennifer Butcher who is not an attorney but who refuses to take clients like an attorney. I want to clarify that this firm doesn't do personal injury, or medical malpractice. They handle negotiations and financial disputes but could be much clearer about what they do. they are pretty reputable for whatt they do. To date I have never found a malpractice attorney and have suffered since that day. I wish Minneapolis had attorneys that handled patients malpractice cases. The DOJ has had a few words about it since the devastating Pandemic. I think it's time to help me win the small battles. I suffer with Ehlers Danlos Syndrome which makes any injury I receive painfully WORSE. Every attorney I spoke to was so afraid of catching COVID they let me languish without any help. If It's not COVID, Then it's still pretty shameful the way I was treated. No attorney should be able to claim pro bono hours for turning me away. This includes any housing court issues. No judge should sit on the bench in the housing court, if that judge owns rental property, it's blatantly unethical.

After reading the reviews, I have decided not to pursue my case with them.

I contacted Robins Kaplan regarding an injury an Jennifer Butcher was the triage specialist I worked with. She was careful and detailed taking my information and I found her to be professional, kind and empathetic to my situation. Robins Kaplan did not take my case, but Jennifer made me feel as though I was heard.

They do not call back when they give you their word they will, specifically a woman named Jennifer Butcher. I find it odd she is not listed as an employee on their website as well when her LinkedIn claims she has worked for them since 2020. ?? She initially called back, took my intake information, and gave me her word she would call me back within a week with a decision on whether or not they would take my case (yes or no, she would call me either way). It’s been over a month, no call back. The fact she’s not even on their website seems fishy to me if she’s worked there for over three years. I looked her up elsewhere, she seems like a scam artist all together. It’s not about not taking my case, it’s the fact she can’t call me back over a month later. They have so many negative reviews, I’d suggest you stay clear from them. I found a lawyer elsewhere.

Robin's and Kaplan"s are very knowledgeable in their field, they helped me when the surgeon who worked on me made very serious mistakes. I am very pleased with the team work within their company. And I am happy to rate them 5 star's. Christine J.

Conflicts of interest

Horrible interaction. They make you feel like you are winning the lottery to have them represent you. Go somewhere else if you want some respect.
