Robinson Kriger & McCallum has been our family's law firm for 25+ years. Knowledgeable, caring, and dedicated to our big and little wins in life, they find ways to go above and beyond. We use them for our estate planning, advice, contracts/documents, accidents, buying our cars, buying our homes, and so many things. Certainly, they have been an amazing part of living better with less stress and making wise decisions personally and professionally.

Good luck! The representative from the firm spent more time trying not to do a simple contract review than it would have taken to review the contract. Do yourself a favor and run your issue by Chat GPT!

From a customer service and human decency standpoint, I’d never consider this firm. I recently was visiting the area and paid to park across from their firm, unbeknownst to me, they “own” the spot I paid for until 5 o’clock… The moment my family and I exited the car, they had someone calling to have my car towed right away. Snowballing the entire day into quite the negative ordeal. Yes, I realize this has nothing to do with their legal representation, BUT, their complete lack of compassion, empathy or care was very clear. I had dealings with two individuals specifically but, Nancy especially didn’t care in the least about my HONEST and paid for mistake. Her downright rude and cold demeanor should have turned me off right away but she was the one I was told to deal with. The first time I asked to speak with her she was just plain mean and it was clear she has zero ability to listen to concerns and be compassionate. The second time I needed to speak with her, she refused to come speak with me and sent out one of the firms partners to handle my issue (handle being a very loose term) It boils down to this: parking lot drama is something that happens often. The parking company who owns and manages the lot and the tow company were very fed up with having to deal with this same story over and over again- even naming the same employee before I even had a chance to. This law firm benefits from calling and having cars towed and enjoys the entertainment factor of watching through their window while families or people are in distress because they followed all signs and prompts and likely PAID for a spot. The firm has 3 signs placed in this lot, leading patrons to believe the other spots are available for use if paid via the app listed on the sign. This is a known issue, the firm has been advised they can simply pay for 3 more signs and avoid this saga all together (again, since it is a common happening) but they choose to just lean on the vague signage and lack of compassion to, what I can only assume, gain some type of monetary or comedic kickback. I can’t speak to their ability to practice law, but if they treat their clients like they do patrons off the street, I’d avoid thier representation at all costs.

Law firm for Legal Shield. For the last 4-5 times, they try to refer me out or spend time finding reasons to NOT help me. The situations are very straight forward, (Ex. POA form). Even my salesperson told me that POA is a standard benefit. Also commented that there is new staff and I was not the first person to have had issues. Sent a complaint to Legal Shield member services. From the other reviews, I would NOT recommend this law firm, either through Legal Shield or privately.

Thomas quarter around, practicing manager is a bully. He threatened me and his is one of many of the people's attorneys I am suing. He has belittle my Injurys and accidents. And told me I am nothing. He has set up fake appointments and lied about being a judge. He is a no good shark. About to lose the city of portland over 500,000,000 $$ in a federal lawsuit because of him

One of the worst representations I’ve ever had in the state of Maine they charge you $50 to pick up phone calls and mail and then try to charge me an additional 500$ for canceling representation highly unprofessional I would not waste your money with this firm

Dealt with Tom Kelly, literally had to block his emails and his phone cause the guy could not answer anything straight. And what’s a 50$ mail handling fee?? 50$ to pickup letters and put them on a desk? And these guys walk around like they respected lol! Let me handle your mail Tom!
