My wife and I recently purchased a new 2025 GM vehicle and after 100 miles we discovered it had a defect from the factory that required removal of the engine. A simple phone call and some email communications were all the effort we had to put forth...they did the rest. We are very satisfied with the timeliness and simplicity of the process. What GM paid out was actually more than we (or Robison) anticipated. My only complaint was with the notary process. The individual was very unprofessional; working from home with lots of family background noise-made communications very difficult to hear, even after this was brought to his attention. Made things seem a bit sketchy in the beginning, but the rest of the process and EVERYONE at Robison were highly professional and personable. They listened and worked on our behalf.
