The states attorney refuses to revisit a case of child molestation when a family member of the attacker came out and said that he raped her too when she was just a child and other family members. He’s already got things on Judice from when he molested my daughter the states attorneys needs to do better.

Called a month ago & several times after that.. court is in 4 days and still don't know anything about my case 😡

Sucks at communication. Trying to get a court order because police illegally took my firearms

A joke. Refused to even answer the phone or call back the first time I called and left a message. Upon finally getting them on the phone, they refused any discovery meeting before second court appearance after being told by judge that's what I'm supposed to do. Clearly the playbook is to be so terrible that poor people are forced to hire a private attorney to get any reasonable representation in court.

I’ve been trying to get in touch with my public defender to start my 90 days. I’m currently homeless and going through a rough patch and just want to get this done. I’ve never felt so suicidal in my life. After tonight’s fight with my brother self harm is in the forefront of my mind. Maybe I’ll find a gun or slit my wrist which ever comes first. I don’t feel safe. And reaching out for help to not get a call back tells me a lot hopefully, I’ll be okay. Thinking about checking into a VA mental health facility but don’t want to risk coming home to more time because I’m trying to take care of myself. Maybe she’ll see this and will return my call. Oh wait my phone is off and public defenders can’t email back.

Protect the children of your community. Do the right thing. Press charges against the attacker who fled the scene.

Obviously the states attorney has been lacking. September 21st 2020 u was assaulted and had my civil rights violated by 2 iff duty officers. I couldn't press charges. It was left up to internal investigation that no one ever contacted me about. Nothing ever happened this wife and husband duo even got to patrol together. But a kid getting Severely hurt and almost die in the driver Confessed to hitting him . But the state's attorney isn't going to prosecute what world are we living in that this is legal. A hit-and-run is illegal

It would seem they are actually advocating for attacks on their citizens. I guess we know where criminals have carte blanche to commit offenses without ANY repercussions. What exactly is the purpose of this office? Ensuring anarchy & endangerment? The bar for literally subterranean.

If I could give "0" I would. I was attacked in broad daylight about 2 years ago, took pictures of the guy and his vehicle, and about a week and a half before the trial they dismiss it! NOT a happy citizen!! 😡

The lady who answered the phones today is very rude. My friend called trying to find out about the process and they lady she spoke with was very rude to her two different times. All she wanted to know was what is the process and timeframe for a defendant when they are accused. She was told that the plantiff dropped everything and they lady wouldn't even tell her that. I was sitting next to her both times she called. They need some customer service training. How is a person suppose to know how to handle a situation if they aren't being told anything. So they just suppose to wait to see if there is a warrant for their arrest? Poor customer service at it's finest.
