Amanda Gentle is definitely not a lawyer I would recommend if you want to be treated fairly and feel like you have someone that is not bias on your case. She was the GAL in my case and came to visit at my home. The report she submitted to the court was so far from the truth. It cost me my case. When she left my house I felt really good about what she would report and I felt like I had finally had some ground to stand on but I was so so wrong. I was so upset to read the report. She lied, didn’t complete the circumstances to say anything positive about me at all. She had already had her mind made up before she even came to visit. I really didn’t have a chance. I feel like the judge made her come to do a visit with me and she was upset about it so the report she submitted was only partial and all negative. Also she was very unprofessional during her visit with me. The visit was to tell her my side of the story and show her my environment was acceptable for a child. She was constantly telling stories about her personal life and she only ask me 1 question during the entire visit. It was just not what I had expected at all. I was highly disappointed with her and I would NOT recommend her for any case.
