I have had one of the best and easiest experiences with this Law Firm. They fought for my rights no matter how hard it was for them to do so. I will be recommending them to anyone needing a great Attorney.

What do I say other than they won my case! I've been waiting almost 4yrs. When in a yr after hiring Rod Deus Law firm I was approved! I'm so grateful to God for their hard work. I can’t say enough good things about this law firm. I filed in late 2022 and was denied so I called the Deuce law firm and they took it over. I wasn’t sure what was going on with my case, but they had obviously been fighting for me because when the office called me in December 2025 to notify me about a hearing on 13 January, I have to say I was surprised. After my hearing on the 13th I was approved for Disability on 21 January. I couldn’t believe it went so fast. I thank God for this law firm because I didn’t know what I was going to do. I couldn’t keep working and I couldn’t make a decent living either. Everything was part-time. Now, at least I have some money to fall back on to work with my part-time work. I singed with this Law Firm in late March. Four months later I got a call, I was approved. SSI went pretty quickly and by mid August, Becca (who is wonderful to speak with by the way, very patient & respectful towards me at all times) told me I had won my case. The Rod Deus's Law Office was the only Disability office I even thought of calling. I knew 10 years ago, if Rod Deus's accepted my case, I had an outstanding chance of being approved. Ten years previous, I attemped to see what type of case I had back then. Turned out, not much at all. He told me to give it sometime and give him a call. I think I waited too long to call back, but thats ok. If your case can be approved, Rod Deus will let you know! If your case CAN-NOT be approved, Rod will tell you this as to not waste your time. . No lies, no BS. He knows, he is surounded by professionals who also know the ends and out and that's what gives you the results. I read a review that dropped this Law firm down to a 4.7 out of 5 stars. There is, always one!! In short with no disrespect to this person, SSI clearly states, the condition you are filing for must be a "known medical condition. I've Never Heard Of A Condition That's Only Effected One-Single Person (Ever), With No Other Documented Cases That this Law Firm Could Use To Argue In Court With. Maybe this person does have the first Documented Case (Ever). Hope it's not Contagious!! "Bad-Review-All-Rha-tit" (main symtom, don't get helped, write long mean review for not believing or able to find symptoms not found.. By Review and record alone, they are Dang good at what they do.

I contacted Attorney Deus' office in Nov 2021 after barely surviving Covid19. I consistently spoke with Austin Deus whenever I had questions, concerns or anxiety melt downs. Austin always greeted my calls with a positive and uplifting demeanor. I never felt like I was burdening or hindering him in completion of his workload. Austin told me when I first reached out to them that I would be denied 2x, and I would need to have a hearing with an ALJ Judge. He assured me "We want to go in front of the Judge, we have a much better chance of winning." This was exactly what happened. The SSA is extremely slow moving, but after 46 long months, I was given a Fully Favorable decision at the ALJ Hearing. The Staff that I interacted with at the Deus Law Firm (Austin, Vanessa & Attorney Rod Deus) was always met with honesty, compassion and understanding. I was prepared for what was coming, and how we were going to achieve a favorable decision. Choosing Attorney Deus and his law firm was the best decision I ever made.

I have to say Mr. Deus and Becca were the best I’ve ever worked with. My disability was denied when I had two other attorneys. But the work that they did and attention that they gave to my case was above and beyond anyone else ever did. If you need an attorney for social security please give them a call.

It makes me feel so sad and so defeated when I read reviews like the ones here raving about Rod Deus law, only to feel like I have to ask myself yet AGAIN "Why won't ANYONE actually do their homework & talk to my physicians before writing me off." It's not fair that just because my diagnosis is complex, hard to understand & even harder to explain, that I'm the one that gets given up on! So much for fighting for people who truly need benefits and can't afford an attorney on their own. If anyone spent ONE day in my shoes they'd know I've tried EVERYTHING in my power to get better so that I DIDN'T have to go this route. ONLY when everything else failed did I do my research, take a risk, and ask for help regarding disability in an attempt to help my family with some form of income. Outside of the initial intake receptionist who completely understood how miserable my day to day life is even though she didn't fully understand everything about my diagnosis, once I was "officially assessed" by the man in charge my only experience with this firm & lawyer is having the door slammed in my face. And for the simple reason that what I'm going through isn't commonly understood, even amongst the medical community, and is also a part of a series of issues I'm dealing with, it's not just one thing. Instead, it was assumed that I must be lying to some extent or that I'm exaggerating, or trying to cheat the system. Because the only other option is Mr. Deus refused me because it would be a REALLY hard case for him to help with meaning he may not get paid or paid as quickly as other cases pay l may pay out.... None of the above seems very 'professional', 'ethical,' 'empathetic,' 'compassionate,' or 'kind'.... Does it?!.... I have dealt with all sorts of different crap throughout my life. So trust me on this one: just because you can't see it on the outside all the time, or you don't personally understand it, doesn't mean it's not real or extremely life impacting. I thought a disability attorney with these kinds of reviews was the type who understood and fought for people like me, not the type who dismissed them. Word of advice: if you have a complex issue that's NOT commonly known, or hormone problems that are even the partial cause for you to not be able to work: find someone else to help you with your disability interests! This guy isn't gonna give you the time of day! Now I have to start my search all over again for a trustworthy attorney who isn't gonna ask for money I don't have up front, since I can't work, and who's actually gonna give a crap about me getting what I deserve after putting in my dues with the system until I literally couldn't work anymore. At the very least until if & when my doctor's can figure out how to combat all of my conditions in a way that will allow me to not only attain, but more importantly KEEP a job long-term in the future. It was very clear that Mr. Deus didn't have experience with my diagnosis. He asked a few questions, told me he needed to do some research, and then he'd get back to me. I received a call back from him later that night with a voice mail asking me to return the call. When I did I mentioned as much and was told he was unavailable but he'd be notified I called. A week later I still hadn't heard back, I had to call Mr. Deus' office back again only this time the office manager informed me right then "oh he's decided not to take your case, and you'll get a letter in the mail stating so in a week or two." None if that is congruent with the other written reviews for My Deus that lead me to reach out to him. I certainly hope, for everyone else's sake, that I am the exception because I wouldn't wish having to live day to day like this on anyone, let alone add in all the stress caused from not having an income because I physically cannot work. I am thoroughly disappointed.

My social security disability case took over 6 years to get settled. Mr. Deus helped me with each one of my appeals and never lost hope. His office was on top of obtaining all of the necessary documents and handling all of the communication between the Social Security office. I would highly recommend his services to anyone looking for a disability attorney.
