Fidel’s paralegal came to my hospital bed to meet me immediately after I contacted them about my accident. From day one, Fidel and his staff walked me step by step through the process of getting my case resolved. It took less than a year from the time the suit was filed by Rodriguez Trial Law to settle my case. Fidel Rodriguez negotiated every way possible to assure I was well taken care of and that I received the highest amount possible for my settlement. I can't share the settlement amount or case details due to the confidentiality agreement. I was referred to Fidel Rodriguez by a former client after a car accident and he managed to keep most of the money and basically drag my life down the drain and never get any result for anyone but himself. When I fired him, he CONTINUED to do business that I explicitly told him not to do and completely violated me while I was vulnerable with a brain injury. After 7 months of being lied to and manipulated by MY OWN ATTORNEY, I fired him and hired someone else. It wasn't until I got out of his grasp and got ACTUAL medical attention that I figured out that my brain injury was REAL and the doctors Rodriguez has on staff are all in on this scam with him. DO NOT HIRE THIS ATTORNEY! He ultimately got me $14,000 and kept 30,000+. He's so petty that when I fired him, he actually returned money he had in his hand to the insurance company instead of turning it over to me. His office avoids calls from my current attorney and he refuses to account for his actions. Beware. It's been over a year now and I am still working to clean up the mess he was supposed to be HELPING me with.

Not what we expected

If possible, I would give this attorney less than 1 star. I worked with him briefly and it was one of the worst and only times I had my case so poorly handled. Inclusively, he was unnecessarily aggressive with my daughter because he was corrected. Aside from his anger management issue, the staffs’ lack of coordination and complete disarray while handling my case was amazing. Information was inclusively overlooked and not submitted on my case to the adjuster of the counterparty. I have worked with reputable attorney's such as Cesar Serna (criminal case), Edward Cano (civil matter), Roger Stephens (family law), and had amazing results with them on all the occasions I needed of their services (hired multiple times respectively). My recommendation is to either handle your own claim with the insurance company or keep looking elsewhere and be meticulous in your search.
